I think it would be a lil better to lose weight before training vert. The lighter you are the easier it is to get off the ground. But some good leg workouts are calf raises, squats, stuff like that
@@Krisk-Gaming i feel you thats kind of how i am. Yea just do leg exercises and if you get solid bounce at a heavier weight you will be bouncy when you get lighter
