- 80後的陳樹鋒是第五代蠔民，兩年前接手父親百多個蠔排，眼看大眾對流浮山蠔失去信心，不惜斥資300萬元，另獲漁業持續發展基金資助300萬元，建全港第一個蠔淨化場。阿鋒道：「起淨化場好辛苦。我本身沒有物業，是好辛苦地、全家總動員拿筆錢出來。」加入夕陽行業、還要貼錢做，值得嗎？「香港人現時怕流浮山蠔不乾淨、不安全，唯一的途徑就是令牠乾淨。」

流浮山蠔業已超過300年歷史。這兒絕大部份的村民不是姓陳便是姓曾。原來他們大多是從同樣盛產蠔的寶安沙井移居過來。88歲陳銳成是第一代蠔民，亦是沙井人，13歲便出來養蠔，養蠔養了75年，現已交給下一代打理。「沙井人無人耕田，個個都種蠔搵食。以前的人養蠔，起碼都有百多個蠔排。」至今仍活躍的蠔民，還有70歲的沙井人祥哥祥嫂。他們在70年代扎根於流浮山，過的仍是傳統蠔民生活。

Complaints against Mr. WU Chi-wai (胡志偉) of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong
With reference to the captioned, the attached e-mails and the related documents, I understand that it may not be easy to fully resolve all the issues of my complaints before the end of November, 2020. However, as the Legislative Council members of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong would leave the Legislative Council in December, 2020, the things which you can do and must do immediately are as follows:
1. Focus on the content and the questions in the letter dated 05 June, 2020 with reference no.: SFS-2020-CNY-160 from Mr. WU Chi-wai (胡志偉), Legislative Councillor of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong, to the Buildings Department of Hong Kong;
2. Focus on the responses of the Buildings Department in the letter dated 04 August, 2020 from the Buildings Department of Hong Kong to Mr. WU Chi-wai (胡志偉), Legislative Councillor of the Democratic Party of Hong Kong, with reference no.: EB/5120/61/T02N;
3. Focus on my arguments relating to the content and the questions mentioned in 1. above and/or the responses of the Buildings Department mentioned in 2. above. Such arguments are stated in my previous e-mails sent to you.
4. Understand why the Buildings Department must fully understand the relevant sections/subsections of CAP 344 Building Management Ordinance of the Laws of Hong Kong including section 18 and section 34I etc. of CAP 344 of the Laws of Hong Kong for executing any of its duties relating to unauthorized building works or approval of works/drawings etc..
5. Summon 富臨集團有限公司 and 正冬火鍋料理 (旺角太子道西103號地下) to testify and give evidence as per Article 73 of the Basic Law with respect to the captioned complaints and ask 富臨集團有限公司 and 正冬火鍋料理 (旺角太子道西103號地下) the following question(s):
"Has 富臨集團有限公司/正冬火鍋料理 (旺角太子道西103號地下) obtained the consent of the Incorporated Owners of Lee Tai Building as per Cap 344 Building Management Ordinance for converting the relevant common parts of Lee Tai Building in the way mentioned before for its own use? If so, 富臨集團有限公司/正冬火鍋料理 (旺角太子道西103號地下) is to provide all the relevant evidence(s) as per Article 73 of the Basic Law."
6. Ask the Buildings Department the relevant questions relating to the captioned and/or the matters/issues mentioned above including, but not limited to, those questions in the letter dated 05 June, 2020 with reference no.: SFS-2020-CNY-160 mentioned in 1. above and request the Buildings Department to respond to such questions properly and immediately;
7. Decide whether the Buildings Department has violated Article 64 of the Basic Law and/or subsection 16 (1)(d) of CAP 123 Buildings Ordinance and/or any other enactment(s);

明慧网二零二一年二月七日】在中国新年即将到来之际，二零二一年一月三十一日上午，洛杉矶部份法轮功学员来到南加州橙县喷泉谷（Fountain Valley）公园，向李洪志师父送上深深的感恩和诚挚的新年祝福。
活动中，法轮功学员们打出“恭祝师尊新年好”、“师父 谢谢您”、“法轮大法好”、“真善忍好”等横幅，在阳光的照射下分外明亮、美好。法轮功学员双手合十，齐声道--“恭祝师尊新年好！”

当天前来参加活动的法轮功学员来自不同行业，他们的年龄不等，男女老少，各有不同的经历；但是都有一个共同点--通过修炼法轮功， 得到健康的身心，成为更加善良的好人。
修炼大法走出迷途
于二零零一年得法，修炼法轮功至今将近二十年的吴奕璇，目前在一家企业从事会计工作。借此中国新年来临之际，她说：“我想要表达对师父的感激，谢谢师父的救度。”

吴奕璇表示，修炼大法后，自己身心受益。她说自己的鼻子以前患有严重的过敏，“看过中医、西医都没有效，炼功一个礼拜后，鼻子过敏的症状就开始好转，后来就彻底好了。”
最让她感到惊喜的是，修炼后她觉得自己，从原本的悲观，变为可以乐观看待人生中的大小事。她说自己以前是个有点自闭、忧郁的人，爱钻牛角尖，“我非常悲观的时候，甚至想要走上绝路”。修炼大法后，她变了，变得开朗了，她说：“大法开阔了我的视野，我的心胸变得宽敞。”
吴奕璇表示，这种改变对她来说，那是一种重生的体验。“我真的不知道该如何表达对师父的感恩。”
吴奕璇说：“法轮功洪传世界已经有二十九年了，为什么过去二十多年（中共）对法轮功打压，反而有越来越多人知道法轮功真相？就是因为法轮大法真的太好了。希望大家都能敞开心胸认识法轮功，会给你带来不同的视野、新的生命。”

遵循真、善、忍 走过二十年人生路
二十年是一段不短的时光，而对乔安娜（Johanna）来说，那是一段从叛逆少女走向知性女性的过程。她这二十年的人生路，因修炼法轮大法而变得精彩和美好。

来自奥地利的乔安娜是一名艺术家，同时是新大师学院（New Masters Academy）的项目总监。
回忆起自己初次听闻法轮大法的机缘，她说：“我在奥地利时，从母亲那了解到法轮大法。我母亲当时有很多健康问题，还是一个很悲观的人。但当她开始修炼后，我看到了发生在她身上的变化，这让我对法轮大法充满了好奇。那时候我还是个十几岁的孩子。修炼后， 我学会了遵循真、善、忍的真理，做一个更好的人，而这真的改变了我的人生。”
乔安娜说：“我现在算得上是一个遇事从容冷静的人。但过去的我并非如此，之前，我是一个叛逆少女。”法轮大法教导人以真、善、忍为原则，修身养性，她说：“修炼这么长时间，我学会了包容。当我遇到麻烦时，我会静心思考自己的问题，我学会了在冲突中反思自己。”因此，“我和丈夫的关系非常融洽”，因为，当遇到冲突时，“我会不断尝试审视自己的内心。”
这种通过修炼后的真实改变，也让乔安娜在事业上得以受益。她说：“我是一名艺术家，通过修炼法轮大法，我明白了美和艺术对人类的重要性。修炼提升了我对美和艺术的认知，提高了我在艺术作品方面的造诣。我可以和人们分享这种美，而且我们学院也正在教人们与传统西方艺术相连，重新认识传统艺术。”
一晃二十年过去了，乔安娜说：“在修炼的过程中，我在不断的提升自己。”
当走过这段人生旅途，乔安娜内心无比感恩，她说：“非常感谢师父把大法带到这个世界。”最后她说：“恭祝师父新年快乐，谢谢师父！”
