- After the 2-week Clay Cohort Program, here's the Clay Workflow I built for my Clay project 👇🏼
The idea of this workflow is that every time I onboard a new client I can send (literally in seconds) what seems to be their ICP, their persona targeting, industry, and what intent signals we can focus on based on only their LinkedIn profile and website.
Not only that, I also built multiple AI agents that help me draft relevant copywriting to the specific ICP and intent signals I defined in earlier steps.
It creates around 5 variations of problem-based copywriting for the input company programmatically, so it's a great starting point to have for getting some inspiration and defining your copy easily.
In the end, I push a message on Slack with all the data I built in the workflow automatically.
This is the key information it outputs on the message:

This is extremely useful because I can shortcut the initial traction I need to have every time I build an outbound motion (building a targeted list of accounts, understanding the value propositions of my client's company, and drafting the copywriting).
Matching this workflow with a good understanding of my client's customers' motivations to find the REAL reasons why they bought from them, anchors my research in truth and improves this workflow systematically as I'm discovering the WHY.
