A good 85% of property owners in California are dealing with some sort of eviction issues. In Los Angeles and neighboring cities, the City Councils have extended eviction moratoriums until August 2023, yes, an additional year of property owners NOT receiving any rent!!
@@dismissdetractors3350 Bull*shi*t!! stop being a lying, greedy piece of trash. you know Damn well that's NOT TRUE! You act like tenants just aren't paying rent because they dont' have to! NOT the case. It has to be covid-related and they'll have to prove it! Maybe all of YOUR tenants aren't paying, but most are...or at least paying as much as they CAN pay. Yours probably aren't tho cuz they hate you cuz you're a greedy bastage.
@@curt8806 as soon as they decided to become landlords, there by taking on the risk. 😁 Capitalism, nor the market, nor your tenants ensure that you are going to make a profit off of YOUR investment.
Enough with this tenants obsession! Enough with this legal aid stuff! If the tenant just stole a house. The best thing to tell this tenant is to leave ASAP NOT provide the tenant with a free lawyer. This only emboldens tenants making them think they don't need to pay rent and the system will make sure they remain there longer without paying rent. "The eviction process" should be unconstitutional." It should only require a phone call to the local police department to get your property back from a non paying tenant NOT a 4 months process. Too many things landlords have to go through just to get their properties back. What a shame in America.
Absolutely IS a shame. Chula Vista just passed an ordinance that the landlord needs the tenant's PERMISSION (in writing) to move into their own property. Thus, if the landlord needs a place to live and the tenant says "no", the owner of the dwelling goes HOMELESS! Stay tuned folks, cause this communism is gonna get a whole lot WORSE!
Website sucks. Go to caltenant law and self help
Where is the link to the tool????? Or at least to her website?? DUHHHHH
I can't believe landlords are still dealing with eviction issues.
