It's really nice to see Ed Sheeran reacting to them i deeply love Arctic Monkeys 💛
LMAO WHAT
Alex and Louis are both kings of England
This.
Both are northerners 💛
@@Pillowlips77 cuz northerners are ✨elite✨ - a northerner :D
I’m literally laughing. The Killers are from Las Vegas, NV but EVERYONE thinks they’re a British band HAHA
They feel British. I get that.
I never knew this what the heck they give me “ British vibes “ 😂
@@MeeeMeli Probably as their first major hit was Mr Brightside, which became big over here in Britain as that's where they recorded it
The lead singer is Alex Turner (he also plays the guitar) and the drummer is Matt Helders (he also do the backing voice). If you like the drums here, you should listen "Brianstorm", from the same band. Absolutely outstanding. It's a punishment for the drummer.
Yessss, Please do more Arctic monkeys 🙏 I personally love: fluorescent adolescent, mardy bum, 505, whyd you only call me when your high and when the sun goes down
Yes listen to this person
Also "Knee socks" and "R U mine?" are pretty amazing.
you have AMAZING taste
Personally its arabella or nothing
its remarkable how Alex sings the song and plays the riff completely against the tempo of the singing. Unreal
"Do I Wanna Know" is one of my fave songs ever. Another song of theirs that I love is "Arabella". But I listen to a lot of their stuff. And yes, they're British.
Arabella is such a good song. It's so smooth and sexy as hell, but then most of their songs are lol
@@ninja_tony Also, their lyrics!? HELLO!? The lyrics are so good. Especially on Arabella.
PLEASE DO MORE ARCTIC MONKEYS!!!! they’re my favorite band!!!!
These are from their 5th album AM which really sent them global. They’re from the uk and were already huge here before then, their debut album is still the fastest selling album in the uk. Try some from that album: I bet you look good on the dance floor, dancing shoes, when the sun goes down, a certain romance
they're a regular band and Alex Turner is the lead singer, they blew up in the 2000's but they're still active! you probably heard 505 that song was really popular. You should listen to them more all of their albums are so good!
PLEASE REACT TO "505", "ARABELLA" AND "WHY'D YOU ONLY CALL ME WHEN YOU'RE HIGH"
ARTIC MONKEYS ARE SOOO GOOD
Omg he should start reacting to more bands. Arctic Monkey, the Neighborhood and Coldplay. I know people give Coldplay shit but they’ve got an immaculate discography dude. I always want to see reactors doing more genres and different kinds of artists.
not immaculate, but first two albums are classics, ROBTTH is one of the greatest albums of the 00s
Arctic monkeys are one of the greatest bands to ever come out of the UK. Been huge since the 2000’s when they released their first album in their teens. Unbelievable lyrics and talent. All their albums are different too.
YAYYY IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE
YESYESYES IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONEEEEE
HOW is it your first time listening to these songs jeffrey
The only band keeping rock n roll alive in the mainstream
react to 505 and whyd you only call me when youre high by the artic monkeys
YES BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE
They have been making music since 2002, first album was in 2004, their most recent one was in 2018 but they are still together. SO they have been through the 2000s, 2010s sort of punk rock but they do try many styles in each album. And YES, they are British, all from Sheffield if im nor wrong. These is a base, drums, guitar and the lead vocalist often plays guitar too.
Smile on your face the whole time is awesome to see man. Keep doing you love the energy.
I literally can’t believe you’ve not heard them 🤯 also please react to fluorescent adolescence and mardy bum SO GOOD
Alex's voice is AMAZING
You have such awesome genuine excitement
OMG YOU'RE REACTING TO THE ICONIC ARCTIC MONKEYS YESSS
100% RECOMMEND THIS WHOLE ALBUM
ive been waiting 😀
They're a British band formed in the 2000's, these two songs are from their 5th album AM (2013), which really made them blow up, especially in America. There's four members, Alex Turner (Lead vocalist and lead guitarist), Jamie Cook (Guitarist), Nick O'Malley (Bassist), and last but not least Matt Helders (Drummer). The backing vocals are done by Nick and Matt. Also the main riffs you hear are actually played by Alex, which is pretty insane considering for most of these songs, the lead riff he's playing is a different melody to what he's singing.
This band is a banger. This song already got me with the guitar
This took a n unexpected turn! All I have to say is YAY
Loved the reaction and would love to see more arctic monkeys from you, ppl are gonna suggest the more popular songs (and ofc i adore them and would like to see u react to them as well) but what i would like to see is songs like "golden trunks" (from their newest album) and perhaps "vampires is a bit strong but..." (from their first album) to see how they evolve through the years!!
React to arctic monkeys "I bet you look good on the dancefloor" live at the Glastonbury festival plssss its soooo good
They had more of an indie fanbase and then their AM album went more mainstream. They have nice, pretty slow songs too. For ex: only ones who know, cornerstone, piledriver waltz, love is a laserquest, no1 party anthem
the band got together in the early 2000’s and do i wanna know? came out in 2013, as well with the entire am album
The Killers are from Las Vegas, Nevada!
Omggg Listen to Snap Out Of It and to I Wanna Be Yours
You've been living under a rock
You have to react to them playing this one live... They sound epic live, just as the record
JEFFERY YOU SHOULD REACT TO WALLOWS THEY ARE MY FAVOURITE BAND ALONGSIDE 5SOS OF COURSE
i really hope you keep on reacting to their music
i loveeee this band, you should react to their songs “fluorescent adolescent” and “snap out of it”
alex turner is my husband asf 🙏🙏 definitely check the out more
the lead singer is actually also the lead guitar player so yeah he’s epic
Someone has prpbably pointed this out already, but in case they didn't, the drums for Do I Wanna Know do switch up slightly by adding another kick and a closed high hat on top of the snare. Going from "Boom Bah Boom Bah" To "Boom Tah Boom Tah Boom-Boom" after the second verse is about the simplest way I can describe it
LOVE THIS SONG!
The Killers are from Nevada and about two thirds of countries have their steering wheel on the left :)
so alex turner, the man on the left, is the singer, songwriter and lead guitarist. the guy on the right driving is matt helders, the drummer. the guy in the back, between the two girls, is nick o'malley, the bassist. the rhythm guitarist is jamie cook. they were on the left side of the road because they lived in la for a while - although, they come from sheffield, england. they've been huge in the uk since like 2005. their debut album broke a bunch of records - one of which is the record for the fastest-selling debut album in british history. i believe every one of their albums since their debut has been a number one, i might be wrong about this one though.
Arctic Monkeys are from Sheffield (the north of England) Definitely check out their debut album, really shows off how great Alex is as a songwriter. The guy at the start was Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols
the songs you reacted to where from the am album and the lead singer alex turner said in a intervieuw that he wanted this album to sound good in a car so that is the reason behind the are u mine music video
Yes! Alex from Sheffield
THIS IS EXCITING
you need to watch them doing a live performance
I love Arctic Monkeys... suggestion for another reaction: Fluorescent Adolescent
Now you gotta complete the “early-mid 2010s British indie alternative pop rock” tumble rock bands trio with Bastille and The 1975 😂
For Bastille I absolutely recommend “Laura Palmer” and either “Pompeii” or “Good Grief”
For the 1975, “Chocolate” and “Robbers” are good songs to start with!
ALSO please react to sweater weather by the neighbourhood !!!!!!
do you listen to sweater weather or do you
L I S T E N to sweater weather?
@@nyxoberholz5496 👀😳😏
OH YEEES FINALLY ✨
Just a band that has a lot of lyrical masterpieces
pretty much only the uk, australia and some parts of africa’s drive with the wheel on the right. the rest drives on the left, like the us :)
Also Cyprus
New Zealand and Japan
India japan
yes yes yes I love them
Yeah, these are off of their 2013 album AM, they formed in 2002
it would be so interesting to see you react to older music like pink floyd, bruce springsteen, fleetwood mac etc. that would be AMAZING
you should do why'd you only call me when your high by arctic monkeys, its my fav from them!
Listen to the early stuff like 'I bet that you look goog on the dance floor'
pls react to i wanna be yours by them THE VIBE IS IMMACULATE
everyone who’s saying listen to 505 is so so correct and i second this opinion
Go watch them live, it´s so worth it
you should check out R U Mine as well. Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High is also really good
I give all my heart for arctic monkeys I really love their songs my favorite is a lots but if I have to choose one it’s gonna be I wanna be yours & 505 can’t choose one😂
I love artic monkey please do 'why do you only call me when you're high'
AHHHHH OMFGGG YOU REACTED TO ARCTIC MONKEYS??? YESSSS!!! MY FAV BAND!! PLEASE REACT TO ARABELLA AND WHY’D YOU ONLY CALL ME WHEN YOU’RE HIGH!!!
I am so damn shook that you haven't listened to arctic monkeys oh my god!
From Sheffield
Strongly recommend anything by Mother Mother.
Namely, their O My Heart album. It’s a pretty cool take on modern rock and definitely worth a listen.
them and “mother mother” are some of my favorite bands 😌
i can tell if this is "i L I S T E N to mother mother" or if you just enjoy their music? 😂
@@nyxoberholz5496 i actually listen to them 💀 my favorite album (as of right now) is ‘touch up’
YESSS
A certain romance by them is one of the best, if not the best
check out their "Brianstorm live at Glastonbury" from 2007! They only had one album out and where in their early 20s but totally stole the show in front of 100k people - they were mesmerizing
It’s odd that they decided to put these two songs back to back on the album. They use incredibly similar guitar riffs to one another, and they’re the first two songs on the album, so they definitely give a first impression of “Oh, every song on this album is gonna use this riff, that’s boring.” It’d be cool if they seamlessly transitioned from one to the next, but they don’t. The whole structure of this album is weird. Front-loading it with cool classic rock sounding stuff, and then the rest of it is all indie pop. If they split up the rock stuff a little more sparsely, it’d be a lot more interesting. (I also wish there was just more of the rock stuff and maybe more of the west coast hip hop style as well- too much of this album is just straight up indie pop.)
Glad you listened to R U Mine with headphones on! That whole instrumental break is way cooler when you can hear how they position the sounds. A lot of reactors miss it because they’re listening through their computer.
Wow. Alot of questions during the song.
This band are current, they started playing on the 2000's. Their sound is a better sound then most of today's music :)
You are right the singer/guitarist Alex Turner and drummer Matt Helders are the real OG's. The bass guitarist they had on their 1st album was the real deal too but he left bc he couldn't deal with the tour life.
Great lyrics.
my king alex
I'm sure someone already said this... But if you like their drums and guitar, check out 'A view from the afternoon'.
Also, check out 'Ritz to rubble' and 'Teddy picker'.
Finally, maybe you could react to Jake Bugg and Jamie T?
There are way more countries driving on the left than only america. Yes they are British but the band has lived in LA for a long time. They recently moved back to Britian though
You have to react to their entire album "AM"
Oh man, you were so confident about the Killers being British. They're as American as they come, from Las Vegas I believe.
🙏🏻
The Killers are from Las Vegas, USA.
Arctic Monkeys are from Sheffield UK.. Yorkshire accents
i won’t die until they collab with louis
Indie Rock/Alternative band, around that time in the 2000s you had The Strokes, then The Libertines and then Arctic Monkeys. Easily the best live band I’ve ever seen. Change their sound on each album, and nail it each time. Oasis were still about, this was the next big band. For me no one has replaced them yet in England as the next big thing.
Gotta react to when the sun goes down
Watch them live at Glastonbury
Arctic monkeys first became big with “I Bet that you Look Good on the Dancefloor” back in the 2000s. They’ve had some awesome albums. They didn’t release an album for a while after this one because Alex turner, lead singer, went to do his own thing for a bit. He did the score to the film submarine.
In my opinion AM is their best album. It was released in 2012. They’re not low budget. This music video basically announced the AM album
The album suck it and see is bomb as well. Definitely british
arctic monkeys has been around since 2006 if I'm not wrong.
as for other bands i feel like you would like gorillaz maybe. they're a virtual band that's been around for 20 years now. the virtual characters have a whole backstory told through the music videos, it would be interesting to see someone react to all of if from the beginning to where they are now. you could start with the music video for their song "clint eastwood".
The drummer does backing vocals
Early Artic monkeys when they were faster and younger or now when the are older and slower their sound is great.
I find it very strange that some people are only now (or last year in your case) discovering Arctic Monkeys. They are Europe's biggest band and if you thought they're good based on those 2 music videos, you should check out some live recordings. Their live sets are legendary.

Yea they’re from high green Sheffield
