Are you looking thru or over the windscreen? I ordered the same one and will be installing mine on a Heritage
Feels like Im looking through it halfway i do have very low beach bars as well not sure if that makes a difference.

did you not get buffeting ? i recently installed same windshield and getting bad buffeting on my helmet..
Not from my experience but I haven’t really taken it on the Highway recently. Mostly local rides. Have you tried adjusting the angle of it?
Still debating about getting a windshield
I like the function of it on long rides but the bike definitely looks better without it
Should always protect your tank and fender when working anywhere near them.

unfortunately not. They do come in different sizes though. I would look into the memphis shades "fat" windshield which comes in 13 inch size

Those bars are how they come originally. I love the uniqueness of this bike.
