He started his career in movies with Neram, but shot to limelight with his character Girirrajan Kozhi in Nivin Pauly`s hit movie Premam. His characters have achieved critical appreciation with Josy in Varathan, Bejamin Louis in Anjaam Pathira. He has also been appreciated for his unstated performance as Roy in Aaarkariyam.
His recent movies are Level Cross, Bougainvillea, Hello Mummy, Sorgavaasal. He has turned producer with the movie Pet detective. He has shared screen with actor Anupama Parameshwaran. His most anticipated movie in 2025 is the Mohanlal starrer, L2: Empuraan directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.

I m a hard core fan of Sharafu🥰 his comic dialogues, just lit !!!
Very few comdiens of this generation has that talent where common man takes those dialogues to their on day to day life. Sharafu s is basically only one in this decade.

@anujaap8897 just that Simi Garewal way of presentation is not my cup of tea. I understand every interviewer has their own style and each style has their own fan base. Dhanya is great at presenting in this style compared to other anchors who forcefully try to bring this type of presentation. Just that I do not enjoy this style.
