I've played violin my whole life but last year I was in a orchestra which put me off violin by knocking all my confidence. We played this piece and it's the only one I have good memories of because I was never shouted at as I was playing an easy accompaniment. It was the only time I enjoyed violin that whole year becauseI got to relax and listen to the amazing sound the 80 of us could make. After not playing violin in a year, hearing this piece made me sad because it brought back memories of a hard time in my life but also reminded me how much used to love violin and music. Now that my main instrument is guitar I can play this piece and love it again. Thanks this and all your other videos.

I love watching Ennio Morricone conducting an orchestra playing this piece; and the violins are simply devine.
