I never thought a game could make me cry like this scene did! I'm still depressed about it. It really sucks that the next time you meet Crow, he's dying for no apparent reason.
I bought two games while I was visiting Japan last year. This game and Trama Team. The Best games I have played in a LONG time! Fragile Dreams really makes you feel like your in the game really lonely in the world and when Crow died for me I felt so...alone. I really didn't want to play afterwards. It was just too lonely...I finally beat it but I still need to get all the memories and stuff but I don't know its to lonely for me D:
@Refens92 You can play the game with Japanese voices and English subtitles. It's all in the options menu in the title screen (Under Settings). Also, batteries have a shelf life and while long, they still expire. Since the setting of the game is very post-apocalyptic, it's very probable that there aren't any working ones. (Which is also why PF ends up 'dying'.)
Actually, I'm not sure he knew he was a robot. I mean, "you humans" does sound that way, but for one, when he shows Seto his photograph, he says that he doesn't "remember his childhood" (and if he knew he was a robot, he would know why), and then also.... like, to me, his whole death scene seems more as though he discovered the secrets of his origin, then stumbled upon this room full of cheap, useless robot parts and began to think that he was worth nothing more than =out of space=
"Your wrong. He died..." Okay... this part so internally destroyed me that. Honestly, I was incredibly depressed for weeks after this game... this game destroyed me people! DESTROYED ME! I cry every damn time I see this, Every damn time... Roger Ebert can suck on it because this game has made me feel emotions even more than any movie has EVER done before!

I mean, at first he won't even acknowledge Seto's claim that they're friends for the simple argument that he's not human, when before, he had no problems (at all) declaring their friendship. Yeah, I really believe Crow didn't know he was mechanical when he first met Seto.
IMO this scene is a thousand times more reason to pair CrowxSeto than the kiss scene. That kiss was a misunderstanding, and I still hated the pair AND Crow in general when I saw it. Then I saw this and how much Seto cared for Crow... And well... let's just say I absolutely lost it at the "You are my number one friend" part. ;_;

I don't know who said the comment but, eventually at the end of the game, seto and ren run away together, It then goes to that dreamy commentary thing XD and he's like (( --after countless summers, I was completely and utterly alone.)) I think she ended up dying, why would she leave him? She wanted to meet other humans too! (( I almost thought that was how the game ended, I was gonna cry CX (( depressing game just got more depressing?)) ~ another comment: lol seto... Did he totally forget that
is it just me or does seto get most attached to 'things' as in PF and Crow. but both of them were basicly people as far as im concerned because they seemed like they have emotions. omg now i wanna cry. crow was so awsome to

It's just like with PF. a battery losing power equals death and Seto just has to accept it. That's why he cried. You don't cry when your cellphone's battery dies because you know you can bring it back to life, without power in that world, running out of battery equals death. D:
what I don't understand is why seto didn't just jack one of the batteries from the doll monsters he happened across. they seemed to be at least somewhat operational, judging by the electricity bouncing off them. but, then, I guess that'd ruin the mood of the game. god forbid we have any hope. ;^;
@oxXxCrowxXxo I agree, when Crow first appeared, I was like, "OMG why do people like this guy??? He's a bastard!" And then I picked up "Pirate Isle" and watched the friendship/kiss scene, and said "Oh, that's why."

Seto and Crow should be together...seto should have gave crow another kiss in that scene...and changed his batteries if he did that he would have crow and PF still... That line. Sai says "...He shut down." and then Setos says in return "Your wrong... He died..." that is seriously deep.

i finished the game 5 months ago nd im NOW realizin wat crow ment by "Nice job recoginizing me" nd how hularious it is compared to the others
