First of all, they don't confess love. They confess freindship, and since Crow is a Robot it doesn't know what love is, let alone physical love.

I just had this scene, crow read a book that said friends kiss, so to show that seto and him are friends, he kissed him.

I have got this game, and I can say that subs are bad ones. Kuro just say they are friends and friends kiss each others, he NEVER TALK ABOUT NEVERENDING LOVE OR WEDDING OR SOMETHING

it's not yaoi because crow's not a guy; he doesn't have a gender because he's a robot (although I refer to him as 'he').
