    Love this. Quick but intense. Got to almost 1.5 miles (with a little warm up walk at the beginning). Also hitting above 150 cals according to my probably inaccurate treadmill. Let us know your stats!!

    really didn’t think I was gonna be able to run on those breaks but I kept going up. something magic in these workouts!!

    Great workout. I’ve been incorporating this into my strength training routine and is a great finisher to a good lift.

    Yes! I did it! I'm still better with the longer recoveries than the shorter ones.

    *phew* attempted this as a “finisher” to a heavy lifting day. I had to jump off the sides for 30 seconds of the recovery run 🥵 But I kept my sprint at an 8mph
