If people are offended by your comments then they should not be RV’ing cause owning and maintaining one requires thick skin. It ain’t sunshine and roses. Looking forward to next year’s videos. 🎉
My daughter bought a 2023 Thor Tallero 20J, in July 23 2023. In the first year she put 20,000 miles on it. Before she left for her first long trip, I had several issues to fix. I realized the "J" meant junk. She comes home once a year or more so Dad can fix things. I was a former home inspector, one of the biggest problems was mold in homes due to everybody sealing up homes to "save" energy. The Thor has vinyl covered press board. When the black van was closed up on a summer day the temp inside could get up to 175' and all the vinyl started peeling off. There were two leaks in the enclosed water tank that caused the floor underneath to get soaked and warped. I don't want to go through the whole list but I sure wish she would have taken DAD to the sale that day. I feel bad that she is stuck with a 10 year $889 a month mortgage.
I bought a 2023 24 feet keystone springdale hauler in June first trip in Oct 3 to Oct 9th from muncie indiana to everrett, Washington and found a about 4 feet opened up the second panel from the top
It was a rewarding and captivating adventure for sure...like you, we are always stunned of the display of inconsistencies we observe. Wait to see yesterday's unit 🙄🤨.
Pierre IMHO your communications are spot on. You don't need to tone down how you feel about what you honestly find. Please continue to be analytically correct, not socially correct. BTW, I also love that Dutch Star.
Unless you are good at fixing anything, do not buy todays RV's. We just returned from an RV show. What a JOKE! Everything sold today is of piss poor quality. Workmanship is out the WINDOW on everything. I wouldn't waste a DIME of my money on ANYTHING sold today. It's time for people to boycott the industry 100%.
You guys ROCK! I would not give a second thought to hiring you should I need an RV inspection, you have an eye for detail. Thanks for great videos. Happy Holidays ❤

Very enjoyable video, which goes to show that men are from Mars and women from Venus. Totally cracked up about Pierre's response to having more company.....we clearly are on the same page. Thank you for a great video series over the past year from which I learned a lot about inspecting my own RV. Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year to you both.......and the grandkids.
Have loved our Neumar Kountry Star over the last 20 years. No issues just routine maintenance over 2 decades. It is stored inside which I'm sure helps. Hopefully the purchase by Winnebago doesn't change quality.
I Just love your videos even though I would never own a motor home of that class. You both do a great job and help people so they don't fall into an endless money pit. Great Job!

Leisure travel van that you 2 inspected. Thanks for all the advice. New things to check and do maintenance on. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Don't tone it down. If people can't handle it maybe they should not be so sensitive.
I got one for you for the wettest. I'm an inspector and have been doing this for less than a year so I am learning a lot from your channel. We were doing an inspection on a 2018 Explorer Avenger 32 BIT travel trailer. While testing out the city water connection, water started gushing out of the inside of the trailer, the bottom and the outdoor kitchen. We discovered that in multiple areas of the water lines, rats had eaten through leaving large gaping holes. And those were just the ones we could visualize. Who knows what was in the walls that we couldn't see. Anyway I love your videos and keep up the good work!
Thanks for chiming in Mr Jim! Never had that one happened yet 🤣🤣 that's a cool one for sure!! Make sure to touch base anytime 😊 www.blueoxrvinspection.com
My daughter left her 5th wheel at a horse show for a couple of weeks, in between shows. When she came back, the rat's had eaten the plumbing and electric cords. It was a mess to fix.
I can't really tell, as we don't even want to do them any longer 😉. To much unaccessible items and hidden components 🙂. So, we can't give an honest opinion
I thought I loved the 5th wheel and towable floor plans too until I bought a brand new one and it never moved because it was such a hassle… let’s just say I’m back in a class A rig.. I’m sure by my name you can tell which kind 😂 to me out of the “main” RV producers Fleetwood just can’t be beat with quality. I’ve had many many rigs…

thanks for another informative video. it seems to me that the majority of RV problems is water coming into the rig so what do you think of the 1 piece fiberglass brands such as Oliver or Escape 5.0? I haven't seen a video on this segment of the RV industry. would you be ahead of the game by owning one?
Do you know what you guys do great videos and I love to watch them and I love to see you do the inspections sometime here shortly I’m going to buy an RV but it will be a super C don’t know which kind yet but whichever I decide on I want to have you do an inspection on it before I buy. I think that’s the best way to go. Have a great day.
What kind of moisture meter are you using, I have an older one I used in home inspection but it's a pin type. When the sprinkler line in the attic of a hotel I worked at froze up and flooded the top floors, I used a thermal gun to see how far up the wall the water went up. Water or moisture will give you a good higher temp. My daughter is going to trade in her Thor in March and this time I am going with her!
Azdel has been the latest hype lately 🙄... Issues are 99% of the time coming from the human side, not the material side of the industry. Merry Christmass folks. I want to say thank you for your videos. @blueoxontherun9188 Will definitely let y'all know. Slide outs sound like a nightmare in general. Such a heavy mechanical structure subjected to weathering for perhaps days at a time while camping is bound to always eventually have problems regardless of how much you maintain A simple no slide out camper even if it’s small is the way to go (at least for me) Simpler is better
3 minutes in and I'm puzzled because you show the winnebago with water damage and mold, but is it the RV's faulty manufacturing? And the Prowler has cockroaches, but are they from the factory? Or are these owner caused issues?
How long does it take you to understand these were "our" best and worst ? Geez people got to split hair in half and try to be negative 🙄. You don't need to follow if you don't like what we do or the way "you" would do it ! Have a nice day 🙂
I looked at some newer 2021 and up travel trailers. Was looking for a 2 person perfect floorplan. Pretty much all the newer ones looked cheaply built to me. Looked at a Apex Nano and material was garbage. I don't camp alot, but We do a 2 week river rafting trip every year and is 110-120 degrees there. Found a 2016 FR primetime Tracer executive m-230fbs, $12000. I cant find a thing wrong with it, used moisture meter, not even a scratch inside, oven never used, no signs of leaks or damage anywhere. I owned 5 past rv's/and trailers. Guy was very ocd i bought it from, the real wood was a plus also and he replaced dinet with a double recliner which i would have done if it did not have it and looks factory. He gave me many other items, weight distribution hitch, lock, cover, k cup machine, he put on goodyear tires and 2 new deep cycle batteries. I just brought it home a couple days ago. Going to go over it again and double tripple check everything, but right now i am feeling like i got a great deal.
Yes stay true to yourself you are who u are also tell it as u see it... we plan to get you guys 100% as we sell our 5th wheel and purchase our fulltime class A home
@blueoxontherun9188 I will have my wife look into getting in touch with your information when ready but man I feel so stupid as when we purchase our next unit it will be my 6th unit if not for this youtube I never would have known of your type of invaluable service
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you. You probabley know about the NIRVC Music City Motorhome Expo @ Wilson County Fairgrounds - Lebanon, TN. Tuesday, June 4, 2024 - Friday, June 7, 2024. You might look at being avalible because this is a event for buyers and they might need/want an inspection. This is the first time that all the big (drivable) manufactuers will show their new 2025 models at the same time and place with factory people to answer questions. Let me know what you think.
We are aware of the event, as we have friends of ours that are actively participating as " Endless RVing" a UA-cam channel you probably already know? We are aware and hoping that a few of them will have the awareness and knowledge of hiring a decent inspection team for their future acquisition. We would be humbled to be invited to participate in some of those inquiries and share those inspections with all of you ! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family as well 😊
Something that may be worth trying is have Endless RVing make introductions to Brett Davis about having you at the show and avalible to do inspections. Let me know.@@blueoxontherun9188
If anyone has a nice RV.... It should be under a carport. Then u don't have to worry about rain. And the sun will damage it too ... Including the roof...wich can also make it leak
The one built the right day, the right team, the right weather outside, the right ambiance inside, the right temperature and the right music in the shop that day...you just need to find "the" right one 😀 🤣 Great brand !
Good thing we got a 2024 xlr 41g14 on order.if it doesn’t rain when it’s inspected we’re screwed for water leaks.dont change your reviews,if people don’t like it screw them
Nope! Can't put our name on hidden components that we can't verify 😉 that double tape technique is applied by robots and computers in the auto industry...who applied it in Indiana?
Are you the folks who have a home base in either Norwich or New London Ct? I bought a new rig from Petes RV near Foxboro Mass and I should have had an inspection but my cheap ass didn’t think i needed one after i inquired about the price of an Rv inspection and the fact that it was a new RV. Lets just say i will definitely havevone done on my next purchase even if its brand new.
🤣🤣 your cheap ass had to live and learn like a lot of people out there 😁. Everyone will forgive you 🙂 eventually 😅 We do inspections in CT and MA around summer time on our way to VT to see grands. We are full timers and typically I'm Florida for winter months 😉 Next time maybe 🙂
Don’t tone it down, tell it as you see it, hurt feelings? It’s better than being taken by an rv dealership riding away with a big piece of expensive junk … our last class A was all that and MORE…… sadly.. Jayjay, space coast, Fl
@@blueoxontherun9188 totally agree. I used to build Beaver Motor Coaches and when we were hired they said we would work 4 10 hour shifts. Lol. That quickly turned into 5 10 hour shifts than 6 10 hour shifts. We were tired and being rushed to get the Rv out and we were always told we are behind.
Thanks for your services 😊 They do not care much about employees as you stated, or customers for that matter. Treating their employees like that, reflects on the lack of quality of the end users RV products.
I have done a walk thu on a tiffin, that normally is a nice coach! But the butt head selling it NEVER did anything to cleaning or keep up the maintenance. There was mushrooms growing out of the carpet behind the passenger seat!🤣🤣🤣
The RV's with the mold are the scariest. I wonder what happened to the people who eventually bought them. Pierre don't change a thing. If someone is offended then don't watch. To quote the movie "Stripes" people need to " Lighten up Francis!"😁
About time we have a consumer advocate!

Make sure you don't end up with a "wet noodle" 🙂 seriously 😳 and I'm not talking about the RV 😁
what is your opinion of rack and pinion slide gear?
Love em...until they brake! 😉
They are all good and provide consistent work for all mobile techs 😄
Slide outs sound like a nightmare in general. Such a heavy mechanical structure subjected to weathering for perhaps days at a time while camping is bound to always eventually have problems regardless of how much you maintain
A simple no slide out camper even if it’s small is the way to go (at least for me)
Simpler is better
KISS right ??
3 minutes in and I'm puzzled because you show the winnebago with water damage and mold, but is it the RV's faulty manufacturing? And the Prowler has cockroaches, but are they from the factory? Or are these owner caused issues?
How long does it take you to understand these were "our" best and worst ? Geez people got to split hair in half and try to be negative 🙄.
You don't need to follow if you don't like what we do or the way "you" would do it !
Have a nice day 🙂
He reminds me of Tony Soprano and she reminds me of Beth Chapman! lol
Lucky me! I outlived Tony 😉😁
So did Laurel actually 🤔 😳
Good for you!!
Go out and enjoy 😉 😎

merry christmas!!
Happy holidays to you as well
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you.
🤣
just started watching your channel and wonder if you think rockwood travel trailers are well built. God bless
The one built the right day, the right team, the right weather outside, the right ambiance inside, the right temperature and the right music in the shop that day...you just need to find "the" right one 😀 🤣
Great brand !
thank you. and have a Merry blessed Christmas. love what you do. @@blueoxontherun9188
Good thing we got a 2024 xlr 41g14 on order.if it doesn’t rain when it’s inspected we’re screwed for water leaks.dont change your reviews,if people don’t like it screw them
🤣🤣 good luck brother 🙏
You'll be fine 🙂
Have you ever done an Inspection on a Brinkley RV?
Nope!
Can't put our name on hidden components that we can't verify 😉 that double tape technique is applied by robots and computers in the auto industry...who applied it in Indiana?
Alliance paradigm 395ds is our favorite. But I don't want to buy anything around 2020..to 2022
lol don’t change Pierre!
I have a question. Is there any RV / Motorhome that was brand new that 100% passed your inspection?
Not one !!! You'll always find something...
The best one was this latest Dutch Star ua-cam.com/video/Z0NNeBk5iZw/v-deo.htmlsi=KHNfKBLNuTtIHEBr
Have you ever inspected a coach house RV
Not for a customer...but for our own education!
Wow. I used to think Newman was one of the good ones. We have a 2018 3403.
Was 😁
What is you opinion on 2015 Grand Desing 303RLS
Great units 😉
@@blueoxontherun9188 thank you. We bought it used 4 years ago, she is super solid and immaculate
They were great units, back then 😉 you should consider keeping it 🙂
@@blueoxontherun9188 ohh yes we are. It is our baby. We take her out once a month for minimum of 4 nights.
Thank you for your input
Glad to hear that.
Happy trails 😉
Come on Pierre,Laurel made me make a list......Perhaps she asked you......!!!!🥰🎄🎁
And I asked him in a sweet voice🤣 🎄
She didn't use her sweet voice...that's bull shit 😁
@@blueoxontherun9188 of course you did 🥰
@@blueoxontherun9188 Wow😉
🤣🤣
C4BO. Happy holiday 🎄
Right back at you 🤙 😘
Are you the folks who have a home base in either Norwich or New London Ct? I bought a new rig from Petes RV near Foxboro Mass and I should have had an inspection but my cheap ass didn’t think i needed one after i inquired about the price of an Rv inspection and the fact that it was a new RV. Lets just say i will definitely havevone done on my next purchase even if its brand new.
🤣🤣 your cheap ass had to live and learn like a lot of people out there 😁.
Everyone will forgive you 🙂 eventually 😅
We do inspections in CT and MA around summer time on our way to VT to see grands.
We are full timers and typically I'm Florida for winter months 😉
Next time maybe 🙂
Don’t tone it down, tell it as you see it, hurt feelings? It’s better than being taken by an rv dealership riding away with a big piece of expensive junk … our last class A was all that and MORE…… sadly.. Jayjay, space coast, Fl
Until the Rv industry either goes to robotic or stops putting production quotas on their employees we will always have less than perfect rv’s.
Exactly 💯
We need to be proactive, not passive when purchasing such a product. It's a lot of money. Hard earn money for most of us, don't you think?
@@blueoxontherun9188 totally agree. I used to build Beaver Motor Coaches and when we were hired they said we would work 4 10 hour shifts. Lol. That quickly turned into 5 10 hour shifts than 6 10 hour shifts. We were tired and being rushed to get the Rv out and we were always told we are behind.
Thanks for your services 😊 They do not care much about employees as you stated, or customers for that matter. Treating their employees like that, reflects on the lack of quality of the end users RV products.
C4BO. Also, Pierre, how many viewers of BO do you think have been to Rimouski?
As you probably already know...not too many 🤣 unless they were friends of mine I brought snowmobiling from Biencourt 😉😁
Plus me!
😎 cool
Appreciate you
I have done a walk thu on a tiffin, that normally is a nice coach!
Sometimes I think people need a reality check ✔️ and it typically doesn't imply nothing sugar-coated 🤔 right?
I'm looking for solitude
Newmar I believe has the best QC
I’ve been thinking about an RV, no longer.
Definitely not an investment...it is an expensive hobby 😉
