Hi I ended up getting a cheapish pair to try, kind of like the whitins brand, these are hobibear by Amazon good wide toe box, and pretty comfy.
however I am getting heel pain and wondered if you could help, not overdoing it at all just using them for general use, and not running, but my left heel on the outer parts is sore, any tips to eleviate pain please.
Have you tried rolling out your foot with a lacrosse ball or golf ball? Start there. You should also be doing some strength and mobility work of the feet.
Other considerations are if you are moving out of a heel stack shoe for years and now you’re in a flat shoe can be a tougher transition for some.

excellent shoes. do you happen to have any opinion on 5finger shoes? i wear the kso and it is pretty much the only model i find confortable.
I never got into the five fingers but doesn’t mean they aren’t a great option. As long as they’re broken I’m the right way then they’re perfect 👍🏻
What model is that alup on feel grounds shoe? I feel their mesh slip ons don't look as stylish as those. Older model?
Hi I’m sorry I haven’t been receiving message notifications! The feel Grounds was about 2 years old. I’m not sure if they’d changed the materials and design? A client bought them a year ago and they were the same.
I have the Splay Athletics freestyle. I think it is super cute and has a very wide toe box. The rest of the shoe is not that wide but fits me great. Origo shoes look great too but I have not tried them yet. Their Gen 2 version is supposedly wider than the Gen 1.

@@KatieBodyFix I am tempted to try the Origo, however I just recently replaced every single one of my conventional shoes with barefoot shoes so I need to restrain from buying new shoes for awhile. Most of my walking is on light trails, fields and pastures, never on pavement. Some of the cuter shoes are designed more for casual wear which I don’t wear as much. Thanks for letting us know about these cute shoes!!!

@@KatieBodyFix Just FYI…looks like the Gen1 are the ones that are on sale. Those are their previous version which is not as wide in the toe box.
