Owned my Tonal for about a year. Barely used it. Now that I’m starting to make the time to use it I noticed that the cable has already frayed. I asked them if they can come service it and they told me I have to pay $395 for the labor. I wouldn’t recommend getting due to the hidden fees on repairs.

I have the Tonal and I like the machine. But the company is the worst. The hostage payment of $60 per month is absurd. No options for custom workouts without the 60 hostage payment. Do not buy a Tonal. Buy a competitor.
