@@lucascorbin2552I think you underestimate what Buffett has done Hormozi is great but understanding and scaling million dollar businesses is very different from successfully beating the market for decades
This actually works for me too. When I’m getting low on sales, I’ve realized most of it is because of my mindset. In those times I need to take a breather, reflect on my life, go outside, and then sales come back in again
@@arthursworld7302 I've experienced something similar. Often I'll be working on a project and hit a brick wall on a problem. I go on a walk for about an hour and a solution will hit me out of nowhere!
I take it as. If sales come harder then there something in your system that’s broken or it could be outside influences outside your control. If its not the later then it’s time to prep and educate yourself more, sales come back due to a revamped system go hard on that system. If it’s the latter than, you can slow and wait
I totally agree! With the right systems in place sales will be a natural effect of us running the system. Chasing sales is a sign of a unoptimized or non-existant system.
I have a feeling that at this point Alex is building a legacy for the Hormozi name. He is delivering to a point that it has no other way but to go down in history as one of the best information of the century.

This is the singular most insightful video you’ve have ever put out (in my opinion), Alex. And I say this with the utmost respect and admiration for your work and not a knock on your hundreds of other videos. Geez! This is good.
I haven't really been able to put it in words until watching this but as a fitness coach I can always tell when someone's new to the space because they're still super passionate about the "fitness" aspect with little attention to marketing and sales. They still have that "build it and they'll come" mentality
Alex is breaking down high-level business experience so that it is digestible and relatable to people across multiple different fields and some people are f****** complaining that he isn't looking into the camera. The information goes over some people's head because they're just not there yet in business this video is a Master Class.
I just clicked to the video, but I know this is another masterpiece :) I started my first brick and mortar business couple months ago, and your content really helped me a lot, thanks for everything Alex!
Alex you probably won’t have time to read this but this video is incredible at tackling the hardest problems for entrepreneurs: 1- what is your business and 2- when should you push or pivot. #1 was eye opening. I’ve consumed a lot of business content in UA-cam and I’ve never heard this said so succinctly. #2 was nothing short of an achievement: many business folks dance around this question but never has anyone given an answer more true or simple than this man. And the fact that this advise is free is mind blowing Guard this man at all costs.
Alex has giving me so much value that it has improved my mindset and has improved my service business. Alex ,Robert kiyosaki, Gary vaynerchuk... These are the business owners to be paying attention to. Oh and I almost forgot sorry Cody Sanchez.
We need more videos and more stories on push vs pivot. I was thinking that why doesn't Alex have a video on this literally 2 days ago, but here you are. Thanks Alex for everything you do for us
great vid Alex, and to make it clear, at every level, the business you're in changes. That doesn't mean that the overall business changes, the change is the problem you need to solve. In short, the business you're in is the problem ahead of you.
Thank you for this video. This helped me reframe how I have been looking at my business. That frame is me looking in the mirror asking myself: what am I not seeing that I am missing? What about myself do I need to change? Thank you Alex!!!!!
10 minutes into this video and it’s absolutely brilliant and hit so deep. I started a cleaning company a year and half ago and recruiting cleaners is by far the hardest damn thing. Ngl probably gonna memorize this 😂
What a brilliant discussion about this! Thanks so much for breaking this down into the basics. Edit to add: that last part, at the end, that was clearly an emotional connection you made with someone. It had the feel of a coach giving a pitcher advice before taking the plate. Again: thanks so much for posting this!
I never liked a video on UA-cam or even commented, but damn this man he is an other level keep it up , you are helping a lot more then you think !! Specially small business owners like me ❤
Alex Hormozi has changed the eyes i use to see business... not the skulls, tactics, knowledge or sheer wisdom... the man literally sets your mind first.. then you see the real results you're seeking
I much more prefer this style of videos. No fluff. Straight explanations. You are awesome dude. Keep on keeping on and one day i WILL join the millionaire club and eventually 10-millionaire club. I wish i found you sooner.
Just some feedback, the mic needs to be fixed so when Alex bumps the table it doesn’t do a “bump” noise. I’m listening on AirPods and kept trying to figure out if someone was knocking on my office door because I couldn’t figure out what the noise was. Thanks for the golden content, you are helping so many people, including myself.
This was the funniest video on such high level of thinking 😅 Thank you!! When you said: "You didn't know she had a baby daddy in jail and he is coming out in 6 weeks 😆😆😆" Pure gold!
I participated in classes and events of a business accelerator over four year period and I get more out of Alex's content and so far it's been around an four hourz of watch time
Really interesting, simple, but difficult concept. Do I double down on what I'm doing or do I pivot? I think the other alternative is do I need to add an additional value offering to differentiate myself. That's where I'm at. My company has traditionally just focused on editing content, but now we're leveraging marketing automations and AI to solve client problems, and I can just FEEL it! Big things ahead people!
7:48 Is it too early to ask for remote-cleaning body suits? I hope Lex Friedman is already onto it... Some of us wouldn't mind working remotely cleaning AirBNBs
18:53 my god that’s so true. Entrepreneurship is like having a sledgehammer and not knowing how far back the wall goes. How long I have to keep at this wall, how much energy is it going to use up? Shawshanking our way through being an entrepreneur 😅
It’s true for college classes. I learn entrepreneurship from Ted talks, from my own practice and from people like you sharing content on YT. The only class i have ever dropped in my MBA was the entrepreneurship one, exactly for those reasons. Entrepreneurship classes should focus on developing an entrepreneurial mindset rather than creating business plans. Should challenge you to see if you have what it takes to be en entrepreneur. Some people just start businesses, but some don’t know what it is all about. If you work on a virtual business plan in a class you waste your time. Furthermore, a business model is just an instance in a business’ life. Beware of its dynamic, so no need to delve into it too much. What should be taught though, is the entrepreneurial spirit, kind of like your content does.
Alex, I'm a dentist in Brazil. Thanks for charing our huge knowledge. Please make a video about your experience in dental industry. And considering this excellent video, please tell me which business I'm in?
"The vast majority of businesses are stuck because they're working on the wrong stuff. The entrepreneur likes doing a certain thing, they keep doing a certain thing...
