I shudder to think how many people would be in a negative equity situation if house prices continue to drop. I can only hope that council members have the same morals and values as those who instigated the covenant. It beggars belief that any other decision could be made.
What a difference a week can make Christine! We have been very pleased to see the support that the council is giving to us as a community. Also the public support that Mark Mitchell has committed.
