There is still a way to go but the events of the last seven days are all positive indicators. Thank you for your support.

One suggestion would be to take a look at the Auckland Unitary Plan and see the detail of what is expected to take place in those areas that interest you. Thanks John. Interesting how that number of 1,400 (and there are significantly more than that) has just been bubbling up and nobody really noticing. Then the combination of that number with the potential ambition of the Country Club owner makes the whole proposition completely mindless. Mindless in the true sense of the word! Hi Bart and thank you for your comment. KWGS don't have special insight into exactly what may evolve but Owen Patterson does make some interesting observations in our latest video Livestream at around the 2' 32'' mark. We remain firmly convinced that the club is viable and our efforts are in no way diluted as a result of the destruction of the ProShop and Country Club facilities. We will look with interest at any communications regarding investigations into the cause of the fire.

Thanks Peter. We agree with you. We are trying to make our UA-cam communications as succinct and to-the-point as possible so that it makes it easy to share and travel the digital highways of social media, messaging and email. Hopefully everyone is sharing amongst their friends and communities. It is increasingly obvious that we are engaged in a situation which has wide ramifications beyond golf, Gulf Harbour, the Peninsula or even Auckland. It's good to feel the energy in the comments. As KWGS work towards closing out the existing liquidation and asset mis-management it would be good to get local opinion on what would be acceptable/permissible from a community point of view; by retaining a world class golf course, probably good to get the Bays opinion on economic development etc. Thank You
