Hello!!! I live in Utah. ok so my hours at work have been reduced and Im not sure how long I can stay afloat with my bills!!can I file for a chapter 7 before I stop making payments or Im not able to make payments??? I took some money out of my 401k, will that be affected if I do apply??? most of my debt is just credit card debt Im single not married I do not own a home. please help answer this questions!!
