I submitted my information in April received a trustee meeting for May their was some corrections that needed to be amended, so now the trustee adjourned the 2nd meeting out til July. My question is am i going to have to til July to get a discharge or is my discharge in the works from the May meeting ?

Great info. I took that 2nd online class OMG no wonder why people are not filing. A bit overkill with these courses! One was 40 minutes the other 2 hours with follow up 10 questions! I didn’t pass first time but determination and better pay attention to what the robot says. Awful.

I need help. My mom co-signed for me, then went bankrupt 3 months later. The car was in both our names, and now everytime I make a payment it says “you are making voluntary payments on this car” i owe 10,000 on the car and the vehicle is trash. I spoke to capital one (the financers) they told me they cannot report the vehicle to the IRS. I’m wondering if I got it repossessed would it affect my credit? It’s not building my credit whatsoever.
