Deathbed Confession

The plaintiff always believed another man was her father until her mother confessed from her deathbed that the defendant was her biological dad. The plaintiff has petitioned the court for a paternity test because she wants to know the truth. The defendant admits he slept with the plaintiff's mother, but she was very promiscuous. The defendant also believes the plaintiff's mother only pinned the plaintiff on him because his family is wealthy.
