Yes but you need to beware of potential staining. We are soon launching a colored fluid that is not staining. It dissipates just like the white clouds do!!

what is on the bottom to even out the flow of helium...it seems that it would be a collecting in the corner...or I am not getting it...

This is quite the expensive set up to make these. If you just use a bucket of soapy water and let the water fill up the bubbles will come to the top and you can have a stencil on top for the bubbles to come through then the wind can carry it up when you use your hand or some object to cut the bubbles off. So much cheaper and easier.

These machines are for professional/commercial use. They need to be secure, portable and heavy duty for re-use.
