- This is a wire hanging system bought from Ikea. This video was made specifically to show a particular setup that was going to be duplicated many times. If you are watching this for other reasons I hope it helps with your installation. .
FWIW, Ikea recommends extra support for spans over 55" and sells them for $5 each. The supports resemble the left & right hardware but have just a hole in the rod for the wire to go through.

Just installed these today,love them. So easy to pull the drapes closed. Great having the directions on UA-cam.

It's been a while since you posted this, but what size drill bit, anchors, and screws did you use?
Can you also install them in a 180° angle?
I have these at home that I need to remove but one is stuck, is there any tool to get rid of one of the fixtures?

Like I stated in my description, this video was made for a certain project. What parts did I leave out. I did my best to show the whole process. My apologies if was confusing at all.
Hey. What type of wire cutters did you use? I purchased a Craftsman $20 pair and they still don't cut clean. What brand did and model did you use?
Ryan James a great question indeed. I got all elements and tools for this project but the cutters. Would be great to hear from the author of the video.
abound abound I ended up buying a pair of craftsman wire cutters that worked fine. These are the pair I bought.

Sorry, I did not receive an email that anyone had commented on this video. The wire cutters were borrowed for this installation. I don't know what name brand they were. I would just get some heavy duty ones, like you mention bellow.
