The new 50s J-45 Original model flaunts vintage-inspired detailing from the golden era of Gibson. Classic "Workhorse" materials include a Sitka spruce top and select mahogany back and sides. The multi-ply top and singly-ply back binding are subtly antiqued making each instrument look just like a seasoned Gibson acoustic. Appointed with cream button tuners, a 50s-era tortoise pick guard, and upgraded with an LR Baggs® VTC pickup for the best and most natural-sounding tone when amplified.

It’s a awesome video. Thanks for sharing. Kindly Compare to J45 standard, which one you prefer ? I am looking for J45 standard , but is out of stocks , 50’s J45 original is in stocks . Don’t know how to make a choice ...thanks

Sound about the same. Big difference is a chunkier neck and vintage aesthetics. The neck isn't uncomfortable but it does feel thicker/rounder.

Not much difference, I prefer the tuners and pick guard on the 50's J45.
