I will make it. Great surgeons in Santa Barbara. If u get right one! Ask before u do.I am constantly trying to lose extra weight. matters where you are to lose less stress!v A simple fact - less weight-less pain-always

I’m currently at a BMI of 26.6. I’ve recently put on weight as a result of weight training over the last 6 months. I’ve added about 8 pounds to my frame, but it seems to be more added muscle than fat. That’s one thing that I wondered about with BMI. It’s a pretty gross measure that doesn’t seem to account for a healthy and muscular body composition. One of my reasons for getting into the weight training, which I’ve done on and off over the years, is to prepare for my upcoming March knee replacement.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, muscle weighs more and will affect the BMI but lots of benefits from strength training.
