Hi Ruksana, sorry to hear that your husband and family have gone through these difficult situations and so close together. Glad to know things are improving now and your husband is feeling encouraged with the advice and physio going forward. Wish you and your family all the best and that you can feel better as things settle down in the next weeks and months.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate your lovely message. Roll on 2025 when the renovations will be done and my dad can return home. That's when we can hopefully start feeling like things are settling
Salaam Affa, I wanted to give some advice. First of all jazakAllah khairan for your videos they have helped a lot as I used these to help bring my wife over from backhome. May Allah SWT grant your family shifaa and speedy recovery. Please keep yourself and your family out of the nazar of people, all it takes is just one bad glance from somebody and nazar can change your situation only by the permission of Allah SWT. People see that you guys are happy masha Allah and that will do it. All the best insha Allah
noway im experiencing the same situation i went hospital waited exactley the same time around 16 hours i literally felt i had a stroke an hour ago i started reading kalimah i got out my car and started running then i felt a little better, people think you get these problems when your old but you can get them early theirs only one cure thats excercise and eat well and try not to stress too much although lifes stress is automatic but try to avoid extra stress and eat healthy and excercise after 40 days then meadium things out i think. i work hard eat hard and stress hard and no excercise so i need to change also, i hope you get well you guys are good guys:}
Oh wow, so you can relate completely. I can't believe the healthcare has got to this point where someone who is having a life threatening attack and literally potentially dying at the doorstep is being made to wait!! I am sorry to hear you had the same experience (not just the poor service but also for the attack). Yes, a lifestyle change is our hope for a long future ahead. I pray Allah keeps us all healthy and safe going forward 🤲, Ameen!!
Sorry about that, you are a nice couple, all the best to you both, I'm starting soon my ilr, thanks a lot Ruksana, without you I was lost, i hope he gets better
Hi Ruks. So sorry to hear about what you both went through. I can't imagine having to move back home because of your dad and now the health issues with your husband. I'm happy he's back and well. I also had a stroke last year (totally unexplainable) and even though I don't have high blood pressure, I now use Atorvastatin and aspirin daily. I was told that if you've had some issues eg stroke, you have to use it daily. Hopefully the meds do him some good. To some good news from my end, my ILR was approved. I cannot thank you enough for teaching us strangers what you did and giving us the courage to do it all on our own. People don't believe when we tell them we have not used a lawyer once! That's all thanks to God and you. I hope you all remain good. I hope your dad gets stronger too. Take care and love to you all. Please tell Fahmid to rest and take things easy too. Lots of love ❤
Hi, thank you so much for your message and sharing your story. I'm sorry to hear you had a health scare too and now on medication for life. It makes things a lot harder to process when there is no explanation but we just have to be thankful that it wasn't his time yet and I'm sure it feels that way to you. May you both go on to live full lives. Aww, that's great news!! Really happy to hear it, congratulations. The big stress of it all is over! You can now take your time for citizenship which is much easier, no proof of income or anything. Best of luck with it all, take care of yourself 💕
@RuksanaAhmed Amen, may we all live long and full lives🙏🏾 I have applied for naturalisation now. Again, your video was my guide. Did it like three weeks after the ILR. Just waiting for a decision now. I will share the good news with you once I receive it. Thanks again and do take care 💖
I am really sorry to hear that. May Allah (SWT) grant you all the best in this life, the best in the hereafter and protection from the the hellfire, Ameen.
Ive had heart palpitations and panic attacks when im sedentary for too long and not eating correctly. As soon as I eat clean, religiously excercise every other day my symptoms go away for a very long time. I can also tolerate more stress. I pray for a speedy recovery guys, all the best.
Ameen!! Thank you so much for your prayers. I am sorry to hear that you have those experiences but the fact that you've noticed and can see a change when you eat well and exercise is great and will keep you motivated. My husband is not sedentary at all, he's alway up and about, never sits in one place. However, he doesn't exercise necessarily and we are looking at changing his eating habits. He'll stick to the rice and curry but less oil, less red meats and less salt.
Was just binging through your advice on getting naturalisation and the later passport applications and gutted to see your husband had a stroke. Unfortunately l have experienced the "Emergency" department of the NHS as I was referred to by the GP because of high blood pressure and had to wait for 4 hours before being seen. Needless to say the only time I will attend ER will be at the back of an ambulance. Hopefully he makes a speedy recovery and thanks for sharing your experience we will know what to expect and react should the unfortunate happen
Thank you. I'm so sorry to hear that you to have had to experience the "emergency services" of the NHS. It is terrible to know that we are in a 1st world country with such a risk to our lives. I know we are very lucky that we don't have to pay for our healthcare system in the same way they do in other countries but it is not free as some may think. We pay through our taxes and all of those immigrating to the UK are paying through the IHS surcharges which is not cheap! So yes very worrying.
Nice to see u back sister. May Allah grant ur husband shifaa n a fast recovery aameen. Please also keep my father in ur duas, his always poorly with stents in too. May Allah grant ur dad ease n shifaa too aameen
May Allah help him and you both with your children. In these difficult times. You guys are such lovely people even though i have never met you guys. But your vidoes has helped me so much so thank you. ❤
Salaam alaykum The Worse thing is the amount of NHS fees you have to pay when bringing your spouse over is crazy, you would expect better treatment.. Inshallah Your situation will get better.
Wasalaam, it's terrible isn't it? They make us pay so much in fees yet still tax us (or him) through work which goes towards the NHS and then this is the treatment he gets? I can't believe this is the experience of someone who is having a life threatening attack and literally potentially dying on the doorstep. Thank you anyway, please keep us in your duas, ameen.
Many Duas for you, and your family.
Ameen! Thank you for you duas.
Wishing you a speedy return to healthy and happy lives 🕊 Thanks for your guidance as we navigated the path to ILR, your videos were so useful!
Aww thank you so much! Best of luck with your application.

Thanks for your video and for sharing your bad experience with the NHS. Did Fahim have a cholesterol?
Thank you! Strangely no, he doesn't have any medical issues. Just a long family history.
Salaam alaykum

Haha, just forgot the word.
