44:47 as someone who comes from a family of farmer I can confirm that tractors are powered by emeralds. They harness the power of the sun and are usually found in the attic.
I LOVE the fact that this was legit your first playthrough. It really brought back some of the magic and mystery of the first time I played. Thank you!
if you'd managed to reach the bottom of the skull cavern i would be very impressed given that this would involve descending millions of floors. anyway, wonderful video! makes me want to play sdv again, it's been a while, i miss the Strawberry Rush springs (i am a sucker for fruit trees so i tend to gun for those ASAP and that means I Need Money) also [points] hey that's me
Those iridium bar drops are so rare and you did it twice XD Classic Legundo luck. My household yelled and screamed at the inefficiency as we watched while building a Lego set! You're new so we don't expect perfection and we would love a year 2!
Stardew tips 1. To understand the dwarf you need to find all the dwarven scrolls and turn them into Gunther which can be found in the regular caves 2. With your mushroom cave you can make life elixirs which help alot in the skull caves 3. When you give gifts it saves into what they like, love, dislike and hate and the more friends you have they give gifts in the mail 4. House upgrades you can get a basement and age your wine (I can't remember if it's only the basement but I know it has something to do with it)
Also: 5. Let your animals out of the barn and coop and make sure there's tall grass for them to eat. It's more efficient than feeding them hay and they'll also get happier faster.
The master slingshot is OP for mining imo. You can Use explosive ammo bought from the adventures guild, or craft it after getting lvl 8 combat. You can then shoot ''bombs'' to mine stuff a lot faster than using the pickaxe.
This was so fun! I enjoyed seeing someone do a 100+ day of Stardew that didn't already know everything about the game! The only tip I want to give you is that you are better off fencing off your crop and allowing your animals to roam free so they can eat grass and you don't have to feed them all year. The reason for fencing around your crops is just to be able to farm without them getting in your way.
Legundo, at the beginning you said, that you've been wanting to play SV for a long time and I can totally relate, I felt the same before I bought it at the beginning of the year. I'm totally happy to see you play it, now i'll continue to watch this video about it :)
I would love to see more of this! Stardew has so many fun little secrets and quirks I'd love to see you find! Also I'm sure somebody else has told you by now but just in case, fairy events cause crops around where they waved their wand to fully grow right away.
It's so weirdly refreshing to see one of these vids on stardew that isn't 100% perfectly optimized. Like I love seeing someone kinda... stumble through learning the game Also fruit bat cave for life :P
TIPS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP GOING. PLEASE KEEP GOING THIS WAS AMAZING. If Leah is your romance choice, she likes goat's cheese which can be made from goat milk into the cheese maker (the higher quality, the more points you get). The dwarf scrolls (there are 4, red, blue, green, yellow) can be turned into the museum which will give you the dwarvish translator, allowing you to talk to the dwarf. Best way to make easy money, 2 hearts with Caroline allows you into her sunroom on a sunny day (the door in the kitchen), which gets you the tea sapling recipe. Don't plant them unless you want one for tea, they sell for a lot as saplings. Best passive income is aged goat's cheese, truffle oil from the pigs, and ancient fruit wine. Ancient fruit should be grown either in the greenhouse or better yet, on the ginger island farm. Random tips: Take your Prismatic Shard to the desert to the strange pillars, stand in the center (SUPRISE! YOU WANT THIS, DON'T SPOIL HIM COMMENTS). Buy a rare seed from the wandering trader on Fridays or Sundays (or make one when you're lvl 9 foraging (i think)) and plant it in the greenhouse or during fall. Take the Sweet Gem Berry that grows from it to the statue in the secret woods (MORE SUPRISE, DON'T SPOIL HIM). Plant grass outside your barn and coop, the animals will eat that first. I'm trying to think of anything else that would help rn but so far so good! I'm so excited if you keep going! Also, if you want to look into mods, I CAN RECOMEND SOME MODS.
@@Gamerguld Did you actually watch the video? He directly asked a few questions. There's nothing wrong with sharing information about something you have a lot of knowledge on.
We need a min max run lol, the pain i felt in my soul watching someone as capable as legundo not only miss the cauliflower all together, but also not go ham for the profit 😢😅
I'm at 1:49:40 before thinking about checking the length of the video... Grats legs you've now kept me longer in this video than I can watch a live stream lol
i was wondering about the whole year thing, going to be fun to edit this as i go along :) You do pretty good for a first full playthrough. Also Leah isn't a bad choice but i'm a Maru Man myself. Also the Special order board is actually fairly new, if you had finished a full year before it might not of been a thing. The pig is well named. Also i just relized you never upgraded your house likely cause you never needed to but it is still wild.
If you level up a skill after exhausting yourself or passing out, you still get full energy the next day.....I like seeing how others approach the game.
On one hand, it's cool seeing new people get into a game you love and have been playing for years. On the other hand, you can't help grumbling under your breath about the numerous "mistakes," placements, missed opportunities, etc. Mistakes in quotes because they aren't really mistakes, just moves I wouldn't have made but this was still entertaining and that's all that matters.
A tip if you do a second year: putting a chest and a smelther outside the mine enterance would be a good idea so then you can empty your chest at checkpoints, smelt ore while you're spelunking and keep food to be used to reup on energy/health at checkpoints. Great video so far! (I'm only at Summer at the moment but if you do this in the futute then then ignore me lol)
Videos like this one are so refreshing. I love watching 100 days of Stardew videos, but it is so good to just see someone play for th first time and explore the game. Makes me think back to when I first started the game myself. I would love to see a second year of this! 😊
1:36:40 as bad as you feel about giving gunther the dino egg, at least you didn't accidentally click the mayo machine while trying to put it in the incubator...
My first experience with Stardew Valley was very memorable... I got lost in Cindersap forest and passed out because I was going in circles trying to find the way out on my very first in game night.
You'd best be doing year 2, it was really lovely seeing all of the updates I've not played and additional bits of content, presented by my favourite Legundo!!
this was great. Really really well done, and especially for an absolute beginner. I really hope this will get a sequel. As for the pixie, she is a crop fairy that grows a small area of your crops to full. IDK if you would want more tips / comments or if youd consider it spoilers so I won't say more.
Legs is a true Stardew player now - hating what feels like half the male NPCs (namely Clint, Pierre, and Lewis) - never learning and always going to shops when they're closed - passing out right next to his bed - WINE SHED WINE SHED WINE SHED
Tea saplings would have been such a oerfect strat for legundos play style, they require a lot of fiber wood and wild seeds as well as watering sure but 500g per tea sapling is just insane early game and for the most part allows you to explore the other oarts of the game
I really hope you do another year! I'd love to see you put the comments to good use as you run through a second spring and summer, and I think your commentary on the community center completion would be hilarious. XD
This video and Charliebarleys were my favorite stardew valley 100 days. If you do continue this series I recomend that you friend pam because she gives you battery packs and energy tonics (her favorite thing is parsnips and beer) cheers
You get points in the grange display for # of different types of items. Putting multiple duplicates in there, it's absolutely no surprise you didn't win - even with a prismatic
I love seeing Minecraft players branch out to Stardew Valley, i finally convinced my boyfriend to play and he was hooked. It definitely has its perks and difficulties but it’s such a fun and cozy game
Yoooo! What a lucky run so far! I'm almost inspired to pick up a new game of it :D I accidentally did a lot of the same things on my first blind run, my friend told me I had ended up speedrunning- lmao- But I really hope you continue! It's such a fun game :D And the old man on the beach area next to Elliott's house has a special item if you get to a certain heart level with any romanceable character 😉
This was just great, and I need more great. Just travelles to a diffrent country to study, and this just calms my mind just listening and doing homework.
oh thank you i love this game and you are doing the full year thank you i hate people who stop half way through winter in this game and this is awesome content would love more
Pls make PT 2(212 days) I love these videos and yours were one of the more enjoyable ones out of all of the ones I've seen. Something about your voice idk. Lol
You're not alone with those buzzing bugs. They are annoying to everyone, so on the first day, you could have met everyone that you could have access to. Besides the Wizard, you just had to stay out late. Also, if you pass out from exhaustion, you lose money, but if you pass out at 2 AM, you don't lose money, but you don't gain any stamina for the next day. Also, when you level up a level in one of your skills, your stamina and health get completely reset for the next day and they go up to full Even if you pass out
Dude we need a year two. Also there are two areas where u can get some weird things from when u fish. The fountain in any season other than winter and the bath house pond. Both are able to be fished out of.
u can do many things with lewis underpants for eg wear them yourself and go to soup party, or even throw them into the soup which unlocks hilarious dialogues and potential distrust between u and lewis.
The man kills one pepper rex and gets the Dino egg drop. What kind of luck is this.... Also, Master Slingshot + Explosive Ammo is very useful for clearing stones
With Halloween right around the corner, I was thinking maybe you could do another Scenario SMP. Specifically a Minecraft: Murder Mystery Livestream. I got the idea from another UA-camr named BigB a few years ago.
This is just a little tip, I'm not going to spoil anything for you. If you're gonna romance Leah. Her favorite gift (and the easiest to obtain) is Salad and you won't lose items if you pass out in the mines you only lose items if you die
thank god people started doing full years on the 100 days series in this game, i really hate when it ends at half winter.
And then if they do 200 days you don't see whether or not they get the statue 😐
Or it goes on for a few episodes and soon winter isn't even included anymore.
The fact that he never used a prismatic shard to get a galaxy sword killed me a little everytime he mentioned having the shards
When he left the egg festival without strawberry seeds I got flashbacks to my true newb early playthroughs.
I love watching newer people play and just watching them make the same mistakes that I also did
And laughing at them because I know better now
Legundo: "this isn't part of the Multiverse"
Also Legundo: Puts the video into the Multiverse playlist
44:47 as someone who comes from a family of farmer I can confirm that tractors are powered by emeralds. They harness the power of the sun and are usually found in the attic.
The fact he didn’t get strawberry seeds hurts but a baller move
Please continue this series. It was a lot of fun to watch.

That last one is very helpful for me, thanks
Also:
5. Let your animals out of the barn and coop and make sure there's tall grass for them to eat. It's more efficient than feeding them hay and they'll also get happier faster.
Crop fairy is a random event that will fully mature a patch of your plants.
The master slingshot is OP for mining imo. You can Use explosive ammo bought from the adventures guild, or craft it after getting lvl 8 combat. You can then shoot ''bombs'' to mine stuff a lot faster than using the pickaxe.
Need to do a 200 days. There's still so much more to discover once you get Ginger Island unlocked :D
This was so fun! I enjoyed seeing someone do a 100+ day of Stardew that didn't already know everything about the game!

Just bought stardew yesterday and it’s so fun
I know this didn't explode like the minecraft 100 days stuff tends to, but I really hope he continues this. Wholesome content.
I really like your voice over styl, its my favourite in this 100 days style videos I've seen. this is such a cool video
Thank you for this series Legundo! Made me want to play Stardew again.
I love love love Stardew Valley it is my comfort game and thank you for doing a 100 days on this
It's so cool that you finally got around to doing this!
CONGRATULATIONS ON 500k LEGUNDO

This is an awesome game, it’s awesome that you are playing it. Can’t wait to see 200 (and 24) days

Slingshot lore for this game btw is that you can get explosive ammo at which lets you go through the mines without using as much energy
Hmmmm. 54:44 The obsidian edge... Where have we seen a black sword with "edge" in the name before?
Now thats a thumbnail. A legendary thumbnai for this video.

When the train comes by, you can get wood and stones.
200 days would definitely be appreciated
Definitely want 200 days!!

Aw yeah this is great , the potential of continuing this playthrough, and maybe modded later? i cannot wait!

can't wait for two hundred days!

Yes! I love this but I’m going to have to watch it tonight as a movie because it’s 2 hours long!
In spring from the egg festival buy strawberries from the stand it is the best spring crop
Hell yeah, 2 hours of good content.
this is the only play through ive seen that the player actually uses fertilizer.
edit: the techno and doc animals were funny little names :)
Yes, 2 years will be awesome!
wake up babe, Legundo dropped a new 100 days video
