Hello friends, For the last several days I've been sick with a cold, so in this video I decided I would take you a long on a day of recovery or in what I am calling "Gentle Wellness Days." I take you along and show you what I do to regain my energy and my creative spark after days of being home sick. What are some ways that you like to regain your energy after being sick? Would love to know! Comment below. xx Kim Please help me reach my goal of reaching 8,000 subscribers this year by engaging with my videos & subscribing! I would really appreciate it! 🫶
tfs . . glad you are feeling much better . . that farmers market had lots of wonderful goodness 😋 . . I love to venture outside retail therapy and have a nice lunch/early dinner come home and relax Have a wonderful day take care my friend 🐾🐶🦌🎄🎅♥️🙋♀️⛄️
I like the idea of making it a point to think about gratefulness towards your body when unwell. It's true that it can feel frustrating when our bodies aren't "working" the way we're used to or healing feels like it's "taking too long". I'm stealing your idea of grateful and patient thoughts for times like that! Thanks! :)
I’m glad that the message resonated! It can be very frustrating when we feel unwell but I find that giving our bodies gratitude despite its “condition” goes a long way and can lead to making us possibly feel better 🫶🏼☺️
This came at a great time for me: the entire family is sick with a cold and it's been a slow recovery ❤ thanks for the gentle reminder to be patient and loving to ourselves during this time
I loved the gentle wellness days 🖤 I'm also still in the process of learning to use fitness for my mental health and to move my body. Without striving for a certain look, but rather aiming for body neutrality 🫧✨The bike looks really cool!!
It’s always a constant learning experience and unlearning as well what wellness looks like for me. Rooting for you in your own wellness journey, friend! ☺️🫶🏼

Farmers Markers are definitely my go to when I just want a relaxing and grounding space. The environment feels very cozy for me ☺️
