Plus ive done so much research on various doctors in metrocities and i decided to choose this doctor instead because I feel like he's the most genuine among all the doctors ive seen so far

Girl is unable to speak. It seems that She is feeling very uncomfort to speaking
She may b suffering with tight painful muscle
She just had her surgery week ago so, we can't expect her to speak loud
Her chin and lips are tight so she can't till 1 month to 1 year

I think its her habit. She has always been that way like she never closed her mouth. She needs practise. She is nervous and shy too
she's just come after in sergery in front of docter so it's very fresh sergery. So that's why she not move her chin and mouth.
Fresh surgery. Everything hardens soo much that even a slight move can cause unbearable pain. It takes 4 to 1 year. To have your nerves and expression back online
