@@duckae42 I have not no. I gave up and just replaced every single song with a custom one. It’s possible to fix it doing this but you’ll have to drop new mp3s of the vanilla game music in your song folders if you fancy doing that
@@Ryanark I've been asking around. I'll let you know if I find a fix. One thing I want to try to do is use the existing files from an already published mod. Then I can just slot in my files and take out the ones I don't want.
it has a limit at around idk 200 songs if your game crashes you either did something wrong in the playlist files / folders or left a line in the patch file
@@Mutacja It’s broken every mod for me, including reshade. I did find a fix though, i just need to replace the files with new ones. I also might try switching the track numbers to see if that fixes it.
the bfs files at 0:47 are not there in my installation folder so how am i supposed to follow the instructions lol nvm found a different tutorial telling me to simply use the data.bfs file and unpack that one instead
Simple to understand tutorial, I have just one question, what can I do if there is no patch file on my game folder? Actually, I have only 14 files instead of 24 you have at the start of the video.
if you dont have a patch file that means your game came unpacked by default [thats the case for the gog version for example] if you have all the .bfs files but no patch then i dont really know, there is a way to get the music to work without that patch file tho. also i dont really know where do i had 24 files and for you its only 14

Since the latest patch all the vanilla songs don't play at all, only my custom songs play.

@@Mutacja i realized that i made a mistake. I put the" in game" songs in the folder songs2 instead of songs1 xd
Everything works great, however all the original music files are quiet. My custom ones play, the only difference is I used the official mod manager.
i wouldnt really recommend using current steam version

i dont know what the reason is but it doesnt matter where you put them, as long as you put the songs in one of them its gonna be fine
