What’s sad is that they could’ve bought a pretty nice house within their budget but they just wanted to show off instead and ended up loosing their home.
They had a pretty house when this giant one was being built. Funny part was they made it seem like they are making sacrifice for renting out a million dollar home while their 8 million was being built.
I have a friend who has extremely rich narcissistic parents, they were more concerned about showing off to their colleagues than showing love to their kids. She moved out on her 18th bday and has rarely talked to her parents since (7 years later). Her parents keep trying to bring her back by using luxurious gifts…so out of touch
Imagine being a 70% owner in a company valued at over 100 million and not showing up to the board meetings. Seriously I'd give anything to be in that position 🙃
I agree, if a company comes to me and says "Hey, we are starting this business that you're the face of. We will give you 65% of the ownership, we will do all the heavy lifting including shipping, production of the product as well as a full time scientist to do R & D and only take 30%. All we need you to do is post about it every now and then," I would do whatever they told me to do, especially when the product does 100% more in sales than their projections. What an idiot.
Yeah that’s insane!! They could of paid of that house if she was patient. I hope they go down in flames but feel sorry for the kids. How they use there kids for clicks and how taking your 4 year old to school in a lambo to try and impress her friends is so cringy. All there parents probably have nicer cars.
"but i want my friend to be the op manager for it. even if they don't know where the product comes from and you were doing all the work and held all the strings that just made us money without doing anything"
Agreed or they just wanted fast cash now so took control of finances. I lean toward the latter, I would be surprised if they took the cash for products they didn't have and were willing to send out. Greedy people who are digging a very large hole for short-term goals As he said they could have been set of life but wasted money and opportunities
I think it's the ego that drove them to do that. Since they're self-absorbed narcissists, they probably thought that the success of the company was all because of them and thought they could easily replace anybody. Just casual display of ego and narcissism.
They exploited tf out of their kids and have left them w nothing for their future. I hate famiily channels but the least they could've done is leave some shit for the kids' futures.
Austin's out here literally trying to flex on a bunch of kids by dropping his daughter off at school in a Lambo as if a bunch of kindergarteners are even going to know what a Lambo is.
For anyone wondering how long they can live in a house they aren't paying for: There was an attorney who owned a mansion in Lakewood, Ohio. He was being evicted for non-payment. He was able to drag the process out and live rent- and mortgage-free for (ready?)... SEVEN YEARS.
WoW 7yrs, I wonder if waiting for them to "go out" shopping or whatever then getting a lock guy in to change locks and remove all their crap to storage?
“Even she’s embarrassed her dad is trying to get cool points from a bunch of 5 year olds”. LMAO I died and came back to life a few times. The insecurity is LOUD. In what world do 5 yr olds know or care about this? The delusions are hilariously cringe.
This tells you so much about the Dad, when you care about more about a bunch of 5 yr olds reactions and film it.The little girl is going to need support and therapy , living in that fake household. The mom had such a opportunity and that attitude like the husband doesn't even know reality of what a golden goose she had. Lastly, these guys are in their 20s and have a $8,5000,000 loan with $95,000 interest, per month hard loan ,not including taxes that is hilarious and sad.Reality can be your best friend in the end.
@Glen Spivey When you are being exposed by Spencer Cornelia ,its time to go and think somewhere with the wife as to why and how did we get here.I saw first hand in my life a couple of people making a good income, but they spent it just as fast.Reality was ,other parts of life they were not doing so well, so entertaining and buying stuff tried to fill their void.Glen reality can be hard sometimes.
I don't think she is Bad or malicious she is just plain and simple stupid as a Rock and even the rock would be smarter by shutting up and taking the Money.
Bro he really made a video about his daughter being able to stunt on her like first grade friends for pulling up in a Lambo? Bro they don't care. Dam validation is one hell of a drug
It’s hard to tell people that look up to such ppl that hard work pays off in the long run. Most of them make money not really doing much and as easily it comes in it leaves the same way. It’s surprisingly that school no longer teach home economics classes like they did back then. It taught many money management and responsibilities
@@samuelhildebrandt9074 you’d be surprised… a LOT of wealthy people stay wealthy because most of their money goes towards investments and assets, the rest is spent frugally. Of course you have the occasional vacation or designer fashion piece etc but for the most part, they’re very minimalistic.

Spencer, please keep this up. You're showing the underside of these influencers who make it seem like what they do it easy and have this great lifestyle. You show they cheat and manipulate their ways to a short term "success" that crashes down.
Social media is such a facade . Always remember that people only post the good . You’ll rarely see them post the negative. They make money by selling you a lifestyle instead of a product
@@jaydacameron811 It can be sad if it becomes an obsessive behavior, but it's normal for people to want to know that they aren't alone in making mistakes or failing in some sense.
They’re also not living life. Every moment has to be a production and carefully crafted, essentially bringing the storytelling of Hollywood into your daily life like you’re always acting and no one ever says “cut”. That’s not the way to stay grounded to reality, even if you spend years feeling like things are real.
I wouldn’t say fake rich, they had 67% equity in a 60 million dollar company and a massive UA-cam channel. That’s not fake rich at all, that’s genuine wealth. They just scam anyone doing business with them
So Catherine was on pace to make 37.8 million dollars this year by basically doing nothing, but got greedy and impatient and decided to try and take over the whole operation? What the hell? This is worse than Austin refusing to advertise his fight. This family could be living the life they want everyone to believe they live if they weren't such greedy pieces of shit.
Right?? They're the biggest idiots beyond. Wonder what they will say in their next video, or if they will already have to film at a different location.
She wouldnt make 63% of the companies revenue, she owned 63% of the company. Based on the 60million in revenue, the company could have been worth 500mil -1billion depending on the margins, meaning she could sell her stake for 250-300million on the low end. Talk about blowing it.
I bet most “rich” UA-camrs who flexes on such wealth are drowned in debt as well. Crazy how the desire of getting approvals from strangers on the internet do to people.
Same with reality shows! Look @ all the Bravolebrities who presented themselves as wealthy only to face bankruptcy, lawsuits, IRS leans, criminal charges &/or jail time for financial crimes.
Not even just rich UA-camrs, I can drive down my street and know most of the people around me are drowning in debt, probably because they watch rich influencers.
Not taking from your comment but it’s also business. Not only do they want to please people, all the flashiness is good for views. You don’t and won’t get 1M subs in an apartment or driving a 2017 Hyundai.
UA-cam influencers are only known in their market and niche audience. They are NOT true celebrities. Tell me one UA-camr that made it on UA-cam that is known around the world or even known in the US by younger and older people alike? I can’t think of one. Like I’m sure everyone knows who Tom Cruise is or Prince or Michael Jackson. UA-cam is still considered bottom of the barrel because the shows are only appealing to a certain amount of fans. It’s not appealing on a massive, global scale. Until that happens, UA-cam is still considered second class compared to local and cable networks.
Millionaires trying to live a billionaires lifestyle. I'm highly skeptical of anyone who is overly flashy because more often than not their entire life is financed on debt. The side effects of over consumption, pride, and vanity.
Truly wealthy people want to blend in, keep low profile, avoid the vultures and bloodsucking. The wannabees show off, looking for attention, don't consider people using them because they don't really have anything for the vultures to take.
His grandfather was my economics professor in college so this makes it even more funny to me knowing he could’ve easily went to him for help for financial advice
“Never envy anyone, you don’t know how they got it” this applies here. They project this perfect flawless lifestyle but it’s nothing but a facade and a keeping up with the Jones behavior.
This is what happens when you try to “flex” on everyone, stay humble kids. The fact that Austin is trying to turn his daughter into a narcissist just like himself is just sad to watch.
I'm just writing this cause it feels relevant, not for attention😅 I have a super tiny channel and my nieces wanted to make a video where we do cartwheels. Even though it's not close up I still had them facing away from the camera cause I felt so freaked out by displaying their faces for anyone to see. And I don't even have many views! Maybe I'm TOO paranoid but it just feels uncomfortable to me😅
Money isn't everything. There's so much more to life. Giving is a wonderful fulfilling act. It doesn't have to be money or expensive gifts. Give whatever you can.
Well said! I had hoped that most ppl would feel this way after experiencing the devastating effects of a global pandemic. In spring 2020, when the number of ppl in the US dying from Covid started being reported by the thousands daily, I made the comment no matter if you are an NBA multi millionaire like KAT or working a 9-5 job you are in the same helpless boat if your loved one gets critically ill from Covid. I too like Karl Anthony Towns lost my beloved Mama (way to young) to Covid pre vaccines. Money will give you better access to health care but it’s no guarantee that you can buy good health! Cherish the time spent with your loved ones, time is more valuable than any other currency. I would give up all my worldly possessions for just 5 minutes with my Mama. Not being able to say goodbye or I love you or hug one last time when your loved one is dying in hospital isolation is one of the cruelest things abt this virus.
The biggest reason why all these influencer scams happen is because of the following: 1. Money grabs work. 2. Fans have proven they will support anything. 3. There is never any real accountability.
Wow.. the fact that they had all these opportunities and did this with them just is crazy… a lot of ppl would kill for those opportunities. And their kids .. omg. Feel so sorry for them
Actually alot of these other people would do exact same with those opportunities or worse. The pandemic proved that. This is the most free money Americans have ever gotten and folks STILL wouldn't put themselves in better positions or pay bills.
Sad thing is all they had to do was set up trusts for their kids put money in it then no matter what happens in the future at least their kids will have money for their future, but they literally thought so little of their own kids which they exploit to make money now they’re going to have to hear about this for the rest of their lives when they were just kids and didn’t hav any control over what happened
As a property adjuster, the house was poorly constructed. If I was a billionaire I’d tear it down and start from scratch since the land is more valuable then the structure.
I love Drew Gooden's video on it. "In the last house if we wanted to go to our in-house gym we had to walk all the way *downstairs* then go back *upstairs* Now they're on the same floor."
You are 100%, I see this all the time in Rancho Sante Fe, infact just had a realtor friend purchase a 6m rebuild project, destroyed the entire house and rebuilt a new house and they then sold for 11m and the new build cost about 3m so he got a nice profit. I also see it in La Jolla, they just gutted a house to studs near the water and rebuilt from a single story to a 3 story and then sold that one for over 15m as its on the la jolla cliffs and the backyard is just the ocean and its private.
This is a prime example why you don't take these lifestyle folks serious, let alone support them. I've never understood why people are obsessed with channels where their whole shtick is spending money and trying to flex on people.
The only explanation that I have for people becoming obsessed with these corny and fake influencers is that they envy that lifestyle and imagine themselves in the place of the influencers. I can see why people feel that way, but I think it’s ridiculous. Especially when they are openly frauds and people still flock to them.
How does this only have 44 likes? Another thing that needs to change is exploiting child victims on gossip sites. Aka WOACB! If people want to report on children, youtube should refuse monetization.
don't give your kids phones and actually spend time with them simple, but hey we are talking about people who hand their kids over to the state for an "education" so hey one can hope
I don't ever check the trending pages and I only sub to the small amount of topics that interest me. I also don't scroll instagram or Facebook and I don't have snap or any of those other time wasters.
"What are your friends gonna say when you pull up in a Lambo at school?" Me: Nothing, because kids don't care about shit like that. Only their fame obsessed, delusional parents do. 🙄 Talk about teaching your kids what's NOT important in life.
I feel so bad about the kids. She seemed so disinterested, and of course she was she’s a child! I wonder how often she gets to go out and play with friends.
My Dad used to drive for a very rich businessman in the 80s. One day he dropped me off at the local cinema in an ostentatious white Ferrari. I was mortified. I begged him to let me get out round the corner. He doughnutted into the cinema parking lot. I was an awkward, chubby teenage girl trying to come to terms with my parents failed relationship. I would have walked with him and had quality time rather than spend the journey pleading to be let out of the super car. Lessons learned I guess. Not all is as it seems. Ever
I had a conversation with my wife last year when she made an observation about another couple we know and how they seem to have a much better lifestyle etc. I responded, you don't know how they are paying for this lifestyle. They could be up to their eyeballs in debt just paying for it all. We have no debt apart from the house and some investments, we are comfortable and we will in years to come be wealthier than we are now without having the stress of being over extended.
This is a great example of how social media is easy to fabricate. All show with no substance very few influencers actually have business savvy and have built their wealth in their own.
Never heard of these folks before, but as a retired lawyer of some 40 years, with representation of both borrowers and finance lenders on these types of property, this outcome is expect-able. The core problem is that, like commercial athletes, these people get money without having skills or talent in that acquisition. Making money doing YT videos provides no training on how to keep it or make it grow. They do not seek knowledgeable advice, because if they contemplate that they may loose money on roll-over business investment, they think that they will just go back to the well and pick up more cash. On the other hand, their higher public profile pastes a a target on their backs declaring them to be suckers for every con in town. Like for lotto winners, this outcome is the norm, not the exception. (Once the foreclosure sale is completed as here, they are subject to judicial eviction, which is a fairly fast process as such legals go. As for the "Lambo", in the unlikely event that it is paid for and won't be repoed in the middle of the night or at the supermarket, any holder of a money judgment against them will have the Sheriff pick it up and sell it at auction, so they need to drive the piss out of it as quickly as possible.
May I ask you a question? Why do you think so many lottery winners wind up in debt? I've watched a whopping 20+ hours (over 2 months of course!) of lottery winners who blew everything. It blows my mind that the pattern is always the same: 1. Lottery winner claims they know how to be careful and will be frugal with their money. 2. Lottery winner takes out mortgages on one (or two!!) mega mansions! WTF?! Even if I won $2 million, I want to have SOME actual cash in my bank box! I'd buy a $300,000 house and pay it off in full. Fluctuating mortgages scare me, my late brother had to deal with that not once but twice and died owing $100k! Found out that after he moved, he foreclosed a bit on the first house he bought! 3. Lottery winner then has to sleep with multiple hookers or do drugs. Again, wtf? Cocaine? The youngest lottery winner I ever saw (Callie Rogers of the UK) blew a huge chunk of her fortune on dope! 4. Even if #3 doesn't happen, they go on lavish vacations every six months or start collecting supercars or fancy clothes. (One lottery winner even bought a private jet and didn't know how to fly!) 5. Then they always go for a lump sum and lose 20-40% of the winning total! I'd be happy with a "paycheck" of even $50,000 a year on a $200,000 winning lottery ticket but I'm hardly poor. 6. Then they're broke and the creditors start knocking on doors, calling cell/house phones like crazy. Why is this the same pattern in 90% of the cases?
I’m guessing this might also have to do with a reverse survivorship bias situation. Let’s say theoretically, a lotto winner uses their savings sensibly, pats off a house in full, invests with it smartly, college fund for their kids and give to charity etc, and let’s also assume their family is chill and they didn’t get killed for the money. What are the chances you’ll hear about them? Oh you’ll definitely hear about the lotto winner who blew all of it on crack and hookers in a few years but you’ll never hear about Jimothy down the street who won a lotto 5 years ago who still has most of his fortune. These kinds of stuff are just inherently more entertaining and so news will pick up on it way more, like how celeb charities are always ignored in favour of scandals.
I think at this point they know their parents are the very opposite of a role model. They're young but they know. They'll be aight as long as they can see that. sad but at least there's hope
"5-year-old in a lambo" just makes me think of how when I was five, my family drove me around in a red AMC Pacer with the bicentennial white and blue stripes on it, that they had to start with a screwdriver. When they finally upgraded from that car, I missed the old one because it was our car and it was colorful and the new one smelled funny. I could never drive a car due to visual impairment, but since then I've have had friends and family with every kind of car, from a 1977 Chevy Nova to a Lexus, and everything in between. Meanwhile, my mom who complained about how our 1982 Accord had no power steering when I was a kid, got to drive a Mustang by the time she was 55, but it's gone now, it was a maintenance nightmare. I learned about the Lamborghini when I was a little kid, from the Cannonball Run movies. I didn't hear about it again really until the crypto boys started screaming "lambo" at each other. So now, to me, that brand just represents what a little kid's concept of a good car is.
Hahahaha, I also grew up with a '77 Nova in my family. Despite what crazy latinos claim (it's just a name, not to be taken literally!!) it was a pretty reliable car. What's funny is later on, they bought a brand new Buick. The Buick one day broke down but the Nova never saw a mechanic poke under the hood for anything other than oil changes. It just kept puttering along without a hiccup!
I don't think Catherine will actually get 70% of the revenue. The company that is running the business is definitely selling/providing their product at a steep markup, which means that there will be little profit to distribute. But even if only a a million per year would be left over, I could live of that after just a few years. But I wouldn't buy Lambos, so that's the difference.
In the uk we call it a bridging loan. Stupid idea unless a person or business iw successful and guarantees payback and even then stupid idea as the interest rate is ridiculously high
That’s what I was thinking and to get those types of loans … Why would you do that knowing you ha w to pay it all back? Who is their business manager? They make such bad choices and exploiting their children is really disgusting.
@@michelleelmore5533 their narcissism was guiding them. They’re so sure everyone loves them and will buy whatever crap they want to sell, so they just figured they’d be able to make the money to pay the loan or get a loan from another lender

Reminder that you may have grown up middle class or even poor, but at least your mother/father never flexed on your classmates by driving a rented lamborghini!
If that happened at my primary school I can guarantee you that kid would get bullied all day by the other kids. Especially if they weren’t very popular to begin with.
I feel so bad for their kids. I grew up with a narcissist parent and it was hell on earth. couldn’t imagine having 2 of them and having my entire life on blast from the moment I was born.
@@JayyCee22 Not OP, but I was raised by narcissists. They were huge on how things appeared to be and following parenting conventions to the letter. I didn't have a childhood of hardship like others, so this isn't that sort of story. The strict parenting did mean I was not allowed to spend time with friends nearly ever. Complaining about anything or perceived discontent resulted in immediate and disproportionate discipline. As an adult, I don't feel like I know them at all. People who share details about their lives to either of their parents to this day is so bizarre to me. For me, it would feel like sharing them with a complete stranger.
When I was picking my daughter up for school, another older girl-maybe 4th or 5th grade-was getting picked up by her dad in an R8 Spyder. I used to dream of that when I was younger. But seeing all the attention other kids were giving this girl purely because of the car, made me realize now as an adult how lame it is. Don't get me wrong-I'm buying a Huracan when I can afford one. But I won't be picking my kids up in it because I don't want them growing up with a bunch of fake-ass friends.
I used to pick my kids up from school in a toyota or Land Rover defender while other children were being picked up in Bentleys and other very flash vehicles. My vehicles were so out of place that I seriously considered getting a Bentley until I just accepted such a car was not for me.

“Better to be lowly and have a servant than to play the great man and lack bread.” Proverbs 12:9 ESV “For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul?” Mark 8:36 ESV
I have had the opportunity to be around people that have "made it" and I can tell you, almost 100% of the time, they are super humble. They recognize that they only got there with the support and help of others so it kind of feels wrong to parade around what you have. This is why social media is so dangerous. It sets unrealistic expectations that only cause others to feel inadequate in their own lives when in actuality they themselves might be better off than an influencer. And I would say also that most, if not all, are more than happy to talk to you about how they did it. Its hard to sell a course when most of it amounts to working hard, being smart, making connections, ect.
My former real estate boss is one of those guys that made it. He is very humble and my first real job was interning with him on the IT side of real estate. He even took the time to meet me in his office to discuss how he became successful. Nothing but hard work was his secret. He also said he doesn't believe in secrets. He said if there was anything I wanted to know, just ask. He told me everything he did to get to where he was at and told me most people won't do a thing when told how to become successful.
I own numerous businesses from manufacturing, property development, hospitality, agriculture, food production and so on. I am not humble and fully understand that this was all achieved by myself and my natural ability. I do not buy into others helped me. All the risk was by myself and making the decisions were all mine. But here is the thing none of that gives me the right to be nasty, screw people over or to assume that the world revolves around me. I have management teams that run new projects and existing entities and never would I just assume that I could do what they can do. I have the knowledge of an accountant but I am not an accountant and would not even dream of thinking that I can administrate accounts like a auditor can. These people were handed their success by others and did not recognise what they had.
I think everyone should flex achieving even material things I mean if you work hard enough then why not? But to be stupid about your purchases and not deal with your finances and show off…. Well that’s not only dumb it’s also embarrassing
I can’t imagine what their kids will go thru emotionally & psychologically when they realize they aren’t as rich as they were at the peak of their internet careers, & the expensive cars are gone. On top of that financial stress for every member of the family, I’m sure the kids will hold resentment for being used by their parents to uphold the lavish lifestyle they lived.

I agree with the first part, but yikes the misanthropy was not needed. It shows your privilege. Most humans don’t even live close to how the Ace family live. The majority are not the fault of the few. It’s the 1% that are the issue, not the 99%. This whole thing sounds just like hte fool building "the one" house in Malibu (search for the video tours on "producer michael" channel (3 of them)), and in the final video, the dude says he's going to have PPV boxing events to "change the world" (which actually translates to "my last ditch effort to raise some money to make a payment on this huge mistake before it gets foreclosed on), and I didn't see him pull off any PPV events either, and that's also getting foreclosed on as well - ironic how this is an almost exact copy
That's the problem with people who put their relationships and family out there. You are pressured to keep it going even if it's going bad. I always cringe at tik-tok couples who obviously do stuff for show.
It’s really Bizarre. If you take a step back and just observe how humans have become on yt and other platforms. Man I just don’t care. I care less and less about anyone these days
I'm surprised this family hasn't yet broken any child exploitation laws... or maybe they have and just waiting to be exposed. I feel sorry for their kids, whose entire childhood has been plastered all over the internet. And the internet NEVER forgets and REALLY good at digging up the past.
Your getting really good at being a complete and utter SAVAGE bro. No doubt you will have triggered their hyper sensitivity to criticism even if it's its all 100% factual so I look forward to your next video on these pathetic influencers when you have had a chance to pick apart the laughable law suits when they arrive.
Thanks for exposing these true predators on not so smart people wanting to be like these influencers. Money and flash doesn't always make a happy life.
The daughter acts with more maturity than the father. He is a walking block of cheese, and Velveeta at that. I don't know that I have ever observed a greater amount of desperation to project a completely phony image of success. They cheat other people in high profile cheesy arrangements, and yet probably have a negative net worth. I can say with near certainty that every one of their viewers is also losing in their own life.
Honestly the guy asking his daughter what her classmates would think about "their Lambo" made me think about someone I know who doesn't have custody of his daughter, but he's always trying to impress her by buying things with money that is very questionable. The parents honestly sound like inmates who are always scheming about something.
This is what happens when you think you know it all. Just because you got rich from making videos doesn’t make you a financial expert. Take ten percent of that and get yourself a fiya azz lawyer and accountant and pay them to do the hard stuff
Yeah. Crazy how greedy some people are, they'd rather 100% of a tiny pie than cut anyone a slice of a much bigger one. 1212 gateway is the craziest thing I've heard in a while, they built the business she has 70% stake in up to 60millon a yr a growing and she tries to take their 30% instead of being thankful.
You nailed it,this when you need a lawyer and accountant on call 24/7 ..When a person starts believing their own bullshit into thinking this $10,000,000 home is mine and the lambo ...wait wait I owe $95,000 a month on interest !!!!!! hmmm..no normal bank would hand over that much of a loan to these guys..hard loan..crazy!
For those of us who have been struggling for a lifetime to just make sure our children get all of the basics - the things they desperately *need* ,… this is just so baffling & sickening,.. The Lambo-scene got me thinking. "Hey, what are your friends going to say, if they see your parents get evicted from their house, because they were irresponsible Dbags?" Personally, I don't want to know how much c*rap these kids are getting right now from everyone in their private school. They are the only victims here.
@Jalo I definitely disagree. Kids listen to what the grownups say and make that their own. So if the parents talk about the irresponsible idiocy the McBrooms showed in handling their finances, you can bet on it that the kids will parrot that to the McBroom kids word for word. If the kids were still toddlers and it was about Kindergarten, then yes they probably would neither understand nor talk about it. But in school? Definitely. And kids can be WAY more vicious about it.
The first (and last) video of the "Ace" family that I watched was of Austin aggressively driving a ski-doo in the swimming pool and sending massive amounts of water over the retaining wall crashing down into the yard of his neighbor's property that sits below.
It blows my mind that the pattern is always the same:
(One lottery winner even bought a private jet and didn't know how to fly!)

If I had a business doing everything for me and they only asked for 30% shit im 100% down 🤣🤣

If I may ask, how was your experience growing up?
