I stayed in several AirBNB's in Mexico City. Those units were exceptionally clean and appeared to be recent construction. Then I realized that they resembled hotel rooms rather than someone's apartment. From my observations the owners were part of an AirBNB arbitrage where they buy buildings and displace tenants to convert the units into short-term apartments. This has made a housing situation worse and now those neighborhoods that were once barely affordable are no longer accessible by the locals.
That's wild, my mom just sold everything and put her house up for sale here in California and moved to Mazatlan. She's staying in an AirBNB until her home sells. $800-1000/month for a 2 bedroom AirBNB that's really nothing special.

I’m way too afraid of prison to be committing crimes like this.
Same
RIGHT!! I honestly think she doesn’t understand she’s looking at some significant time here!! Ignorance is deadly!
understand your sentiment but more than likely she want go to jail are if she does less than 5 years. Reason i say this look at all the scammers who aren't getting in any trouble.
The live sessions was essentially self-incriminating evidence 😂😂😂😂
When she asked why people were watching her FB if they want to sue. I said to myself "to save this FB live and present it in court as evidence "😂😂😂😂😂
It's fascinating that someone would invest a serious sum of money with an individual who can't speak a single sentence in the English language...
It’s called using your “white voice” to get clients. White voice = corporate standard American voice. Go watch the movie “sorry to bother you” starring LaKeith Standfield. That is what a lot of people do to sound more professional, but in the black community we call it “code switching” or “using your white voice” 😂😂. But yall know damn well this woman wasn’t talking like that to trick all of those people into giving her all of that money.
@@TriggaTreDaywhat makes you think she did that. I am 100% sure she presented herself exactly how you see it.
@@LisaSoulLevelHealing So you think she was being ratchet when she was talking to all of her customers? Also did you not see the News segment were she was being highlighted as a (in so many words) "rising star entrepreneur" in her city? She was not talking like that. Also I do business with a ton southern black people in the REI space and you don't tend to hear their informal voices until you are really good friends with them and they are comfortable with you. Also why are you asking me this question as if you don't know most black people have and still code switch to this day??!.
@@TriggaTreDay There isn't enough code switching to cover up her repulsive personality. No matter how formal or professional she tries to sound, "hoodrat" is always in the background.
Wooooooooooooow......so incredible, the self angrandisement on this lady...
Shameful just shameful.
"Jacksonville Entrepreneur" screams Scammer 😂
I’m from Jacksonville. She is really popular in the city, not from SM, from actually being known in the black community in the city, and people rocked with her. She hood, which is why she went off like that on live, not realizing she embarrassed herself, and shows she wasn’t qualified to do what she was doing.
Listens to her talk for 15 seconds.
'She hood. Unqualified.'
BRO YOU THINK? 🤣
Does hood mean someone who lacks intelligence and resolves conflicts with violence
@@moonandroid5290 I’m from the city, so I know where she from, and the crowds she runs with. She straight Duval county, she just was plugged in, and popular, and in the black community in Jacksonville, popularity goes a long way. She started mainly credit repair, and business loans, then transitioned. I do business with a lot of investors locally, and did work on a couple of properties she owned, when she went to REI is when she got above her pay grade
@@moonandroid5290 I said hood, because the live was before FL/GA game, that’s what she meant about being on the Ave, Florida Ave/A Phillip Randolph Ave OutEast, every body is down there for the game as it’s by the stadium, and it can go down. Jacksonville is volatile city to say the least
@@ToeKnife166not necessarily. Just meaning in her vernacular, and outlook on the situation. She knows it business, and she was looking at it was personal issues, she literally told someone that on the live
just listening to her talk, is beyond me how the heck she could finesse so much people into giving over their money. It's really tough in the streets. Kudos Spencer for keeping your foot down on these people who are out there tricking peoploe out of their hard earned money. On the plus side, everything she is putting out their on social media, can most definitely be used against her to help and ensure she gets punished properly.
The hair and eye lashes would've kept me away even before hearing her speak
It’s like the interview stage you prop yourself up until you have your foot in the door. People in general wear many many faces and it’s astonishing how people are always surprised
Calling her a b*tch seems out of bounds though... criticism is ok... but that seems like a bit much. Hes never gone that far with any of the other women hes made videos about.

Omg @9:53 people actually GAVE this woman MONEY??😳 THIS can't be REAL 🙈
The sad part is she targeted her own community, claimed to be trying to help her people (friends, neighbors, etc.) get ahead with a shiny investment, likely included a part about religion to really hook them in and when the rug was ripped out from under them, she pulls the uno reverse card: "No, you're a scammer."
Just like Bernie Madoff, Elizabeth Holmes etc etc😂
Yep! It's a recurring pattern in the black community. Because of this, I'm very leary about doing business with most black businesses eventhough they are my people. I've had too many bad experiences.

I'll play the black card here. These people make it so difficult for legitimate black people that have an offer that can help people. That said, we've got to do better about not falling for the flash. Any flashy expert has NEVER worked out positively for anyone that gave them money to "invest".
People have forgotten 'If its too good to be true, then it is." They completely lack spirit of discernment. On top of that, how can ANYONE be convinced by her after listening her for 5 minutes? She sounds like she's a 15 year old high school girl with her responses.

She did an interview a few years ago. Was much more reserved and mentioned God a few times. What you witnessed was the real person. SMH.

Talking about God is a scammers RED FLAG!!! Sorry but true.
I frequently hear "God" mentioned by people selling something, where I am at the same time have certain doubts about the products quality/legitimacy sold. Wonder if in marketer circles "god" is used as a tactic to increase assumed trustworthiness?
@yxcvmk “God” is, 100% of the time, an indication there is a scam of some sort happening. Not always financial. But ALWAYS a scam.
“Have a blessed day” is another tell-tale sign of the scammer.

I’m pretty sure that Affluence magazine is a fake publication that you can pay to have yourself on the cover of an issue 💀
I laughed at "She got my credit in the 900's". The smartest thing she did was setup an LLC, those people probably won't get their money back.

800 is the highest score level , 😂
I can't believe that she said that how dumb .

Why do people think setting up an LLC means anything? They can still take everything from her. She doesn’t have a corporation.
@@SidewaysInTraffic Mexico is extremely affordable for retirees. I'm planning on living there when I retire in five years. I went to CDMX last month for some dental work. My dentist in Los Angeles wanted $4,000 dollars for the work. I got it done for $1,000 in CDMX. Once I had an accident there. I went to the ER at a private hospital and in the end the services for the ER visit was $300 and the ER doctor was $350 dollars paid directly to him in cash. The hospital was very clean and the quality of services were the same as in the states. Here in the states an ER visit without insurance will be more than $5,000. And that's before you are seen by anyone.
