Deadass today after handing over the site, they decided to upload RAW images to Wordpress Media, crashed the server and told me verbatim “you got to be fucking kidding me, this website is incomplete” and I was there like :/

As someone that gets asked to fix the lighthouse numbers on client WordPress sites, I feel all the pain behind this video. I get to follow behind designers that drop the full unoptimized images, not even clients. Also, love that you chose Elementor, be sure to to Divi in your next one. Nearly as bad as Elementor when it comes to page speed.
Use elementor for a text widget, instead of 2/3 divs, they will put a 1MB worth fonts, 2MB worth Styles, 3MB worth scripts and 12+ divs, 5+ spans

Actual tears..... I showed this around the office and had a few client managers do the "SEEEEE!!!! I TOLD YOU ITS BAD!!!!" ...and then more tears, but for a different reason.

Not gonna lie, I'm actually impressed that the score is 38 haha.
Now imagine how much better that score will be once we install 3 different caching plugins. Do those stack additively or multiplicatively? Either way it's going to be way fast :D

I get it, this is clearly a joke. BUT those are not uncommon customer wishes, they want sliders, they want things to 'pop'. I'm looking forward to the follow up video where you add all those customer wishes and still get a green score :)

The answer is very simple:
Just use page builder with more than 7-8 3rd party plugins / addons, and you got it.
And you forgot to add Lottie aimations for elementor.
I thought about it, but I'd have to use the PRO version.
@@WPCasts pro version not need for that..there are elementor addons which have options to add lottie animations.. And the speed really sucks.. Other plugin apart from these is header footer elementor..this is enough to make to make your site slowest ever.. Can you tell me the solutions.. Gtmatrix always shows fonts images and elementor which causes slow websites.

Hmm, you should have used the OceanWP theme and load everything, you would have had more tools... and you also forgot the FB news directly on your site.. and why not Twitter, not everybody uses FB...! And the live chat, of course!

I understand that it's a joke. Am I right? Because optimization is not about plugins but how you use them. You could lazy load some scripts to make that better.
