If the aerator is clogged with lime or calcium soak the aerator in straight CLR for a couple hours and it should work like new. I am on a well without a water softener and I have to do that about once a month.
@@byrondorsey8184 I tried, but my faucet’s screen and mechanism is flush so I can’t get to it. I watched a video that said you need a special tool for it, but I’m going to try with a knife or something. Haha. I just haven’t had a chance to yet.
Thank you so much, your video saved me a bit of money.

Brent Fikowski does home repair!!!
Thank you very much!!!
Great
My bathroom sink and my shower have barely any water pressure. I’ll try this, but I’m not sure what to do about my shower.
Also, I live in a tall and skinny in Nashville that was built in 2020. The construction is god awful. I’m sure there is wood and gunk in there.
If it ends up helping with the sink there is an aerator in the shower head that can be cleaned out in a similar way. Good luck!
@@HomeSource thank you! I’ll give it a shot.
@@-SarahElizabeth- did it work? I need to do my bathroom sink.😢

Thanks.🥰😍🤩
If its not the aerator what else would in be. It's on my hot side
Do you have hard water? If so there might just be a buildup of calcium/lime inside the faucet or supply line. May have to just replace the faucet.
