I own a house in Amaresa2. Hindi naman problem ang water.. malinis naman. Bihirang bihira nawawalan ng water... siguro mga once a year lang, dun lang nagiging malabo ang water kapag binalik na (which is understandable). 99% of the time malinaw naman. Regarding sa langaw meron nga times na maraming langaw.. pero katulad ng sa water mga once a year or twice a year lang din. Most of the time ay wala naman.
