Beautiful view at the balcony, had a similar style at my home in Cavite but my wife decided to add stairs outside for guest going to balcony for privacy purposes , guest don't have to get inside the house to reach the Balcony, but still i respect the developers and builders idea. .Beautiful house!!.

For an older accomplished couple into retirement, my wife and I are looking for this caliber of house but a master bedroom on the ground floor. Not everyone can go up and down the stairs anymore with spring on their legs.

Overall the house is beautiful...Huge masters bedroom.. Just beg to differ about the so-called "walk-in" closet which was just a built in closet with full size mirrored doors not really a "walk in" as described since you can't "walk" inside it.. And how other walk-in closets are seen in other houses which is a separate room from the bathroom area, thus one "walks in" it...

Maganda ang bahay, spacious ang mga bedroom, kaya lang napansin ko, walang cabinet at mirror ang upper part ng bathroom sink, walang niche sa may shower area, at walang provision for hot shower sa mga bathroom.
