    I enjoy the simplicity and natural movement of a push press, but I feel comfortable with any of them. Make sure you get your head back, it hurts to catch you nose with the bar.

    I like to do the push press and it's been 3 months that I started crossfit. Split Jerk is the one I want to improve upon.

    I just started CrossFit and this is helpful! I really need to work on my split jerk. I struggle with balance and think bc I am going to narrow.

    Split Jerk is my favorite but need to work a little more on the Push Jerk.

    I'm am a coach and split jerk does not come often into the workouts. I now opened a weightlifting class twice a week and I would absolutely love to hear more details about the split jerk how to teach it . Some people need diferent ques than others. Maybe you can make a video just on the split jerk!
