I love this truck. It's the best , most fun rc I've ever bought. And it's super tough. Love the vitavon. Can't wait for mine to arrive. Surprised to see no screws in rear axle. Tx
Have you seen the E VIRATRUE 7075 aluminum parts? They're like Vitavon on steroids. Just ordered all the arms, turns out to be about the same price as vitavon parts
Nice Run with the Vitavon parts!! I would have missed the screws on the rear also! That's the kind of thing that would set you OFF !!! You were lucky just to lose some bearings. Nice rig, keep the vids coming. Stay safe and bash on from Colorado!!!
On that original rear axle, I also lost a couple of those bolts, although on mine, I did check them, they were cross threaded (or maybe over tightened), and fell out 1st run.
Hey man I tell everyone I can if you can invest in a set of metric extraction bits for stripped and snapped off screws it saves so much time and a good quality set works every time. I got sick of taking a torch or drilling out grub screws I finally got a nice set of extraction bits and omg the difference is amazing just zips any stopped screw right out! Also I think it's time for paddles on the losi!!
@@PageCrowes buddy drill a few mm in to the striped out or broken off screw with a drill bit and then you can apply heat if needed and then insert an extraction bit and it will grab the inside of the hike you drilled and dig itself in and then you can put leverage on it. I've never come across a bit it screw I couldn't get out. 👍👍✌️
@@johnboy6955 I ordered mine from a local machine shop in my town actually but you can find them everywhere just don't order from Amazon and get some Chineseium junk. Most every rc truck uses metric so that would be the first set I would go for size 0 through 4 that will cover most rc trucks. There is a few on eBay from American sellers that I've tried that are pretty good just look for hardened or tool steel in the description you want the extraction bit to be allot harder that the screw so it will dig in👍👍✌️
The steel braces from Skookum ship fast. I got mine delivered to PA less that 48 hours, but they are heavy! I'm going to build a set out of carbon fiber and see how they hold up.
I ordered mine from the same place is it the black brackets. Mine says it'll be here May 19th I was kind of shocked also get the GMP stiffer shock Springs it prevents the truck from being so tipsy I just got mine 3 days ago I'm just getting used to it but I'm going to put 60 weight oil in the front and 55 weights the back
I’m really looking to get a scale truck I can’t decide between this and the udr what’s ur take on it would appreciate the knowledge! As always killer bash
2:40 yes I checked my righ, and they all (6 holes) had bolts. PHEW! lol. I would complain to horizon, and see what they can do for you. maybe a credit for a spektrum battery or something lol. Either way that's unacceptable for sure out of the box
How bashable is the BR? I want to buy a trophy truck and think I need to go with the Mojave when I want to bash....I like the BR way better though. How good does it handle abuse?
Need to modify the back half with the spares to much flex.a friend of mine stress cracked the back half of the frame from bouncing around modified it works better👍 bash on!!
So 2 things. you talk about it just whipping right around. It sounds like you are saying you put an earplug in the rearend?? Lol I’m trying to figure out what you are saying helped it whip around better. Also you say that you put the straight ends on it. I seen a video where you put 3 degree toe in pieces on. Did you take this back off?? PS. If you reply back can you also like my comment. That’s the only way UA-cam will notify me that you replied for some reason. Really hoping to figure out that setup and hoping it can be duplicated with the stock parts and not have to go vitavon. Thanks!!
Not him but yes, earplugs. Silicone earplugs from Walmart or Amazon. It's like what you'd put in a kid's ear for swimming. Not the noise reducing type. They will virtually lock up a differential. I put them in center diffs to equally transfer power front and rear. It's better than true locker's because it'll allow a little slip rather than breaking if anything binds up or shock loaded.
The sbr and udr look like so much fun to drive or even the Mojave. I’m getting some kind of crawler next then I’ll probably get the Mojave I think the sbr and udr might be a little out of my price range. But man do they look like a blast to drive.
I wouldn't think that you should be hearing grinding sounds when it's rolling. Gear mesh or something isn't right. Maybe sand in something else. You can even hear it in slow motion.

@@ExocagedRC That was awesome! Very creative 🙌
These look awesome, I just wish they were made here in the US and not relying on the Chinese production, especially for such an expensive kit.

Talk about a loose and floppy rear end!
Check your diff after a couple outings. Vitavon still let's dust in housing.
dust gets in everything just like water

Man them better Vaughn parts are nice but they're pretty pricey I just got the UDR couple months ago and I'm going to start going through it soon
I bought the vitavon for my 1/10 scale, I can’t get the dog bones to go into the housing. Is there a trick or do you need special axles?
The video is great and new aluminum parts. The rear chassis cage flex's way too much, that is crazy.
Looks good Joe
why does it not have a gasket. thats dumb its not sealed.

Till the stuff arrives why don't you remove the spare tires to get some weight off the back end so chassis won't snap in the mean time?
Wow. amazing quality!
Honest opinion. How do you like the super baja rey 2.0? I'm thinking about grabbing one this weekend
Oh gosh, what tool broke? What brand?
Hey man, could you tell me what car is the best. The UDR or the SBR 2.0? I don't know what to buy.
Thx
Sir, your car is twerking
😂😂
Not needed on the truck but still epic! 😆
Is that thing two wheel drive or four
4wd

\m/ \m/ How does the finish hold up the bashing?
Rocks and abrasive debris will scuff it up.
Looking good, but it's just switching breaking points to other parts 😅
Wehre is the „take a look“???😉😉
1:57 i know this is old, but that shock looks bent.
it seem to be oversteering way much now
You need to pop that pumpkin cover off and use blue loctite instead of grease to seal it.
This made my banana go limp
Hey EXO have you or are you going to do anything about the floppy rear? Just wondering before I take mine out should I do something about it
Exotek makes one piece stainless rotor/hex for the 1/10 reys. They might have them for the SBR but I don’t know. Worth a check.
He said he doesn't care for rotors in the video
😂🤣😅 u said limp 🍌
Mr Exo tgh 2.low preorder at roco4x4 and the crawler connection email or pm for spot at the crawler connection he has 4 spots open ✊🏽 FYI
