Revenu se related matter executive magistrate or dispute se related judicial magistrate
Cases related to specific relief act etc are conducted in civil court.
Dispute related to nuisance, etc are conducted in executive magistrate court. Ch-8 and ch-10 crpc,

Sir aaj k digitalization k Yug mein kripya apni ek App banaye wo bhi section and topic wise. Jaise ki LLB--->>> I year --- II year --- III year ya semester wise division bhi kar skte h I sem---II sem....etc

###So it means in commissionerate system of police like in Delhi powers of executive magistrate(DM) is given to police (IPS) and their is only collector(IAS)

As I understand, the State Govt may ( that means also May Not ) give powers of Executive Magistrate to a Police Commissioner. That means it is possible that even in a police commissionerate, the state govt may not give powers of a District Magistrate to the Police Commissioner.

Deputy commissioner is the rank and not the post. He can be a collector only or collector with DM powers. In simple words all the collectors are of Deputy commissioner rank.

But in precedence or protocol... DM is above judge. Although DM has more power in district but have lower protocol than local mla
