These must be an updated version. I have the version that does not have these holes/screws for securing the crossbars, so after a couple months of use they now come out everytime I use them and scare the living crap out of me. Haven't used them since they started failing on me. They were honestly fantastic when they did work though. Also, I only weigh around 150 lbs and just do regular pullups on them, nothing crazy. I'm currently in contact with them through email and hoping they resolve the issue. I'll edit my comment if they do. I really want to get back to using these💪.
I just received my ryze ups and the screw holes don't match up with the nuts for the crossbars. I can't use them without the cross bars. Fingers crosssed Jayflex will get this fixed promptly. I have other jayflex products and am very pleased with them. I will post here once Jayflex gets in contact with me.
Update! the customer service was EXCELLENT! The replacement came, sadly with the same issue. The nuts would not line up with the screw hole. I tweaked the hole slightly and everything fit. It's a good product, I just hope Jayflex gets with the maker and they figure out why the screw holes are not lining up with the nut. The customer service was great! I will continue to purchase products from Jayflex!
Sorta. Jayflex very quickly sent me out a brand new Ryze. The new one was better, but the holes were still slightly misaligned. So I took a drill bit and grinded out a slightly bigger hole (not much, just a little). Then it worked perfectly. @@CornellWiley
The four nuts and screws are a great idea. I ordered my Ryze Ups months ago and love them but I had the issue of the red cross bar slipping out whenever I used the Ab straps. Even though I am not intentionally swinging, when I lift my legs it seems to put pressure on the Ryze Ups at different angles. I was considering melting the tip into place to prevent it from slipping. I would rather get a packet of the safety screws instead. Should I email the company?
Ohh boy, mine don't have the screws/nuts either. And since they don't lock into place mine started to fail a few months in. But I don't use Ab straps, I could imagine you'd be able to injure yourself pretty badly if they failed while using the straps though.
Hi Jayflex, the Ryze-Up I got does not have the screw holes for stabilizing the RED BAR. When I pull, one side red bar felt off and I almost hurt myself. Is there a fix for it? I am not sure why mine does not have the hole. Same as the one on your website which does not have the screw holes mentioned at 1:49

Where do u attach the pull-up assist bands? Can they be safely attached to any part of the ryse up frame or just the rotating handle? Thanks Tim
