Yes, Ppl in the world need to be grateful for having a roof over their head, food on the table, ability to make a living with their job(s), clothes on their back and clean water to drink and never look down upon those with less. Be grateful for what you have in life. There are so many more with less! Always help others when given the opportunity.

Visually that breaks my heart. But knowing she had family with her including the wonderful work you helped them with softens the hurt. I nurse in age care myself and no matter how much care and attention you give, it's just never enough both from the residents and their families. As traumatizing as it can be sometimes I believe it maybe best to pass over at home with family around.
