    1. Use saline nasal drops to clear the nasal passages.
    2. Take a decongestant medication to reduce congestion and inflammation.
    3. Apply a warm compress over the nose and sinuses to relieve discomfort.
    4. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids to help thin out mucus.
    5. Avoid allergens and irritants that may trigger rhinitis symptoms.

I have itchy eyes, my ear feels clogged, my sense of smell is a little off and I always feel tired. My nose also feels congested at time, really dry but congested and when I do have discharge it’s clear white liquid. Could this be allergic rhinitis?

@@basoomylicious0298 you are describing my symptoms! The clogged ears, congestion, itchy eyes, etc. It's like you have a cold ALWAYS!
I take Zyrtec (the generic for it, cetirizine) once a day, spring to fall. It seems to work the best for me, even though I'm still constantly congested. You could give a daily antihistamine a try and see if it helps your symptoms.

Same. I got when I was 13-14. I'm 17 now and still have it. My doctor says there's no direct cure for it. All I can do is minimise the symptoms (using meds, nasal spray) when it goes extreme. Easy to say for him, but it affects my daily life and often social life (often can't go out with friends when it's triggered). I wish I could permanently get rid of it

In my case there is something not explained in video. I have quite weak reaction to flover spores. But most of the time I have strong reaction to cold air. Every single winter for me is a constant sneeze once I am outside and it immediately stops once I am in warm room. And it was like that through all of my life. My grandmother had the same condition. Sadly every time I tell people "I have allergy to cold air" everyone laughs at me. But for me it's a real thing. And I think it should have at least partially different chemistry than described in this video.

I've had a constant runny nose with clear liquid every day all day ever since I was like 15 or something. Being a kid I thought it was normal but it's not. I'm going on 34 now and I still don't know what causes it. I've never talked to the doctor about it. I just found this rhinitis other day but it doesn't sound right. I just have constant runny nose and some congestion but my sense of smell is good. People look at me blowing my nose all day like it's something I want to do when it's not.
