@@wanderingmusic38 I was lucky, I found some great doctors here (UK) and I’ve been making a good recovery.
Hang in there. I remember the tiny wins (just like yours), they led to bigger and bigger wins…it was the start of a recovery.

no twitching, just rapid weakening and loss of muscle mass.
