    • @kkooks19
      @kkooks19  Рік тому +2

      If you have any moisture at the bottom of your blender, it will do that. If not, you need to place your crushed jolly ranchers into a ziplock bag IMMEDIATELY after blending. You cannot sit them in an exposed bowl because the air will make it stick together. You don’t want to pour them into a bowL until right before you start dipping your grapes.

      That means that your candy did not reach the hard crack stage. This has happened to me when my pot wasn't any good. Although the thermometer says 300°, the candy didn't evenly cook. Which with give you that uncomfortable bite. Next time, put some cold Walter in a bowl or cup and add some of your candy mixture in the water to see if it's actually at the hard crack stage.

    GIRL HELP ME! I have an order for tomorrow and a couple days ago I made my candy grapes with your recipe and they melted a little the next day! I put them in the fridge so I don’t know what I did wrong. I’m crying! I can’t give that to my customers! How do you keep them from melting over night? If I put them in the freezer overnight then grapes will be frozen! I need tips!!!

      Hello! Please, if you can, make them the same day you give them to your customer. They will naturally start to break down if i make them the day before, i make them at night and store them in the freezer and put them in the fridge the next morning. A little break down is ok because it will still taste great!

      @@kkooks19 oh okay thank you! It’s because I’m selling these grapes at school and people wanna buy them and I have to make them the night before so I can bring them to school the next morning! So I should put them in the freezer overnight and then in the fridge in the morning? Im just really scared that they will be frozen grapes then just regular grapes! I want them to be cold grapes! That’s it!

      @@MrFruitySlimes I think that’s what she meant! I think putting them in the freezer will preserve them and then putting them in the fridge will bring them to room temp! Maybe even try freezer then putting them out ?

      I am going to try dipping them frozen as we do frozen pineapple 🍍, they are both fruit, I will come back with my results in a few days. I do love her videos as I have watched so many. Sweet Connection is another good person to watch, she freeze her grapes until customers need them, hope this helps someone

      You can reheat it when it starts getting thick. I do it all the time.

      @@kkooks19 how and do you know the resaon cause it’s like everytime I use whit it becomes thick and not liquidy and I don’t put much white so my mixture doesn’t turn white. I use more water but it still does it. I wonder if my mixture is not hot enough or my white is gone bad
