Wow❗Road Schooling for two years. If and when returning to school class rooms will that be crazy difficult to adapt after an incredibly active road schooling life❓ You may not be a teacher but you're doing a damn GREAT job of being a road schooling teacher with much more skills to teach in my opinion. A question for Emerald... Do you miss your friend's or do you still face time to maintain contact❓Very smart and confident kids👩🏫👩💻🦸♀️
Thanks so much for your kind words Helen-Maree, really appreciate it :-) This lifestyle has been fantastic for the kids' development. Emerald says that she doesn't miss them too much because she can facetime when she needs to. It has also been very handy making great friendships with a couple of families in particular who we've travelled with a lot - the kids adore each other and we see them a lot, so they're forming friendships and stronger bonds than they may even at home. The downside is that it is with less kids and they're not being exposed to as much structure as a school. We have no concerns that they won't settle back in fine though when they do go back to school (assuming they do!).
@@onthewaughpath6552 that's so lovely to hear. Emerald and Ace are so lucky to have not only adventures parents but open minded role models that are giving your children the most wonderful life and a promising future. So very lucky💯🥝❤🍀
Hello Ebony! Although I do not have children, I do find this interesting. Should I hear of anyone who is going on the road with their kids I am going to advise them to check this and the last video you did on this. Have a good day and safe travels!
What a great video! Thank you for sharing your tips! We are taking a year out travelling around SE Asia. May i ask what homeschooling platform you are using? Thanks Kathy
Glad the information was helpful. Living on the road has been great for both the kids confidence, being able to have a chat to anyone and having so much of the 1:1 time with us that we wouldn't get in normal life.
Hi all are you guys still travelling? I've just discovered your channel and it's great. love the content you all share. I'm just dirty I've tuned in so late.
Hey David! Thanks for such a kind message :-) We're on a break atm but we're still doing short trips. Working out what to do next and more travel is def on the cards!
We plan on travelling the lap around Australia soon yet nsw saying I can no longer homeschool and have to distance ed but that will not work for my son how do you do it

Don't have kids at home anymore but it was interesting to see how schooling on the road is done.
Thanks for watching Dave :-)

Sorry for the late reply. Yep, no worries. Shoot us an email at onthewaughpath@gmail.com
My whole family including me would be vomiting if we tried to read or write in a moving car😅
I'm not sure how we did this either...a lot of straight highways!
