Sam Sulek is taking over the internet right now and for a good reason, the guy offers great training tips which I have been implementing into my training. I hope they can help you as much as they have helped me.

It's absolutely wild how Sam has blown up. I'm not hating, as I'm a fan, but considering how subtle his vlogs are...it's actually kind of wild. In this day and age, no one has an attention span, which is very discouraging as far as I'm concerned. But Sam's popularity shows that perhaps we're not doomed in the attention span department haha

Yes Tom, I never thought about the attention spam perspective but you are right.
Maybe we are not doomed after all? I might start making videos longer than five minutes. 😅

Wondering why you still using that 2016- 2018 era editing method. This video is cardio itself😩

When you’re on gear like him. Any simulation to the muscle will make you grow. I’ve been there. But when he stops taking gear watch what happens to him. Training won’t save his muscle loss. I’m not hating at all. I’m just sick of all these roid heads claiming it’s all diet and lifting. When they’re all on the juice and just lying about it. Great video though as always

Cheers Lee, I don't have much knowledge of PED's personally I just thought they enhanced your training but if you didn't take them you should still look half decent?
As I have chatted with people in the gym who were on PED's that looked worse than me.

Yes, I understand he's in the genetic 1% and enhanced but I have found his training advice very helpful (though tailored towards my own goals)

@@PeteOnPurpose I agree....I may take on a few of these tips. In the last month I've cut down to exercise each body part once per week which allows for greater intensity and better recovery. 👍🏾

Not sure I want to look like The Hulk 😅
The one set to failure is something I’ll try. I often do 2 sets of high reps during my calisthenics training to work on muscle strength endurance. Not heard of the partials, seen enough folk unintentionally doing them though!
Do you use my fitness pal for tracking? Chocolate milk - get in 😋

Yea I have noticed the older I get the less training I need (or can handle) and the more important my recovery is.
