Tyrannosaur: 10/10. They’re my second favorite aj dinosaur!!
Normal Eagle: 9/10. My favorite flying animal. Have a weird stereotype associated with them, but they’re really well designed.

Ngl you were pretty harsh on the spooky arctic wolf... sure its hard to dress up and my main look for it is a bad guy in my fandom ( aka THE SHADOW KING ) and they've gotten less cool in my opinion but it's a pretty good animal ( my rating: 6/10 )
I'm also happy that you gave the siamese cat a mid rank, Kijj. It's one of my favorite animals and sure, it looks weird with the default colors, but dress it up and add different colors, one of the best animals in the game imo ( my rank: 9.9/10, looses a tenth of a point just because of the color situation )
I genuinely love the art style of animal jam. The heavy shape language and silhouettes of the animals are so unique, they translate the vibe of each animal so good(well most of them) into they’re art style..
I haven’t played this game in YEARS. I remember playing all the time when I was little and getting so hyped for new animals.
I still can’t believe there’s dinosaurs now! This is my childhood.

Lynxes irl are so freakin adorable and at the same time ferocious looking for me and it came out to be my favourite animal ever😏

I mean it really doesn't look like a Lynx at all but it is still cute I rate aj lynx 8/10 but irl lynx ∞/10
I haven't played AJ since 2012 or 2013, so much has changed... The only reason I'm even seeing this video is because I randomly felt nostalgic today and searched for Animal Jam videos.
To think there are snakes and dinosaurs now... god I feel old and out of touch...
The design of the coyote is very original and cute.
I use it as one of my main animals as it’s anatomy/design matches my art style quite well, so I can draw him without having to reference anything. My opinion, 10/10.
The arctic wolf is well designed too, although it’s anatomy is impossible it’s still pretty good. However, the neck thing is way to big but people who enjoy anthropomorphic designs seem to like it as it has a more furry-like look. 8/10
@Wildb3rryate I like hyenas too, they’re cute and you can make cool fits with them because everything looks good on them
I cannot express how disappointed I was when Golden Retriever's came to Animal Jam. Having Golden Retriever's all my life growing up, it just fell hard.
I'd say the lack of fluffy fur and head shape is just... Sad.
I personally love the rainbow raccoon because it combines eyesore material and raccoons and thats why i luv em

14:10 Hi! Himalayan Tahr main here! I know that none of the "cute/popular" items look good on the Tahr, but that does not mean the model as a whole is awful.
Yes, the strange face shape, disproportionate legs and the bugesque eyes are a drawback for a lot of people, but I would argue that this is just Animal Jam stylization. Maybe the Tahr has a great personality, who knows!
Anyway, that's my very biased take in the comments of an Animal Jam video, have a nice one, folks :p

Well, this is the first time I heard someone preferred the standard horse over the Arabian. That’s… certainly an opinion. (I still love you lol) it’s hard to pinpoint a favorite for me but the 4 I use the most are the fennec fox, manned wolf, otter, and T. rex.
chihuahuas and french bullys are the cured part of AJ lore 😂😂
For the animals that seem to be "Only male" or "Only female" as someone who is Agender I like to think of some animals being trans lol 😅

@@Maryy2136there are “trans” animals. clownfish can switch their sex under certain conditions, and so can other animals. i’m not here to lecture you, because all i’m versed in is biology, (i’m straight.) but animals don’t use pronouns either. Female and male isn’t a concept to animals.

Himalayan tahr actually have a lot of potential, I drew it in my style using the patterns, accessories, and colors of it in aj and it looks cute, aj just used weird proportions and eyes

i agree with a majority of your opinions on these guys! i have my favs/mains soo heres mine (or just general favs)
- Snow leopard (my main and number one fav!! its design is just so balanced and nice!)
-Parasaurolophus (im a BIG paleontology nerd so this dinosaur design is PEAK in my eyes)
-Hyena (ive ALWAYS wanted the hyena, it just looks so silly!!)
-Asiatic lion (while yes its new i love how it has mane options, as i much prefer a less bolky or overly big design for a masculine looking lion, i just grew such a soft spot for them!!)
-Puma (its like snow leopard but more round and nice, i love them ALOTT!!)
i have MANY favs but those are my top 5!! (no peciuliar order)
When I played animal jam (I played both games, but I'm talking about the play wild one.) EVERONE played with the snow leapords (Sorry that I spelt that wrong lol) when we were in aj warrior cat roleplays.
The only good thing about the arctic hare is you can turn it into a duck with the duck hat and duck body ( I voted on this video loved how it turned out)

Tbh I really like the lava and crystal eagle reskins though I also wish it wasn't 150 sapphires for each of them. I think the textures look really nice, biased since I love things that are crystal and mineral themed in general.

Arctics Hares, I remember somewhere in February when there was a HORRIFYING glitch... I actually don't know what to call it! I posted a video about it, I don't know if it was because of the clothing I was wearing but since then it has been fixed.
What would happen is, when I switched into the Arctic Hare, it's head would TURN as if it snapped. 😬
If I saw that as a kid, I would probably cry because what happened to my Arctic Hare!?
