I think the reason why they never added ostriches to aj classic was due to flash closing. Aj classic and it’s code was built upon flash, when flash closed, it had to become a downloadable game. This makes its code so screwed up to the point where it’s super annoying for devs to work with it. This is probably the reason why there has been talk about changing classic’s code to a still active game maker, which will make classic a browser game once again. Although, flash closed in 2020. But still, they could’ve planned to add ostriches to classic at some point, but due to flash closing, it messed that plan up
I stopped playing around 2016-2017 when I was 12-13, I'm 20, and I came back after saving 600 sapphires for a membership on Play Wild so I wouldn't have to pay just to be a fox.. it's meh, but i'm kinda enjoying reliving my childhood a bit. Not sure if I'll come back full time

also i find it kinda sad now, the off site markets (mainly on discord), most the sellers are talking about how they need money for taking pets to the vet, help with bills, buy food, and less serious, to buy vapes (i saw like 3 ppl saying they need cashapp for vapes lmao). a large amount of the ajc are adults now, just trying to sell the few pixels that are worth something.
That is upsetting, hearing how items that once brought such happiness are now being brought into situations of real world stress. A smarter man than me could make a philosophical statement about our society with this, but it really is tragic
