If you mean is this knot safe to climb on then the answer is "yes". It is commonly used to attach the end of the rope to the climbing saddle in moving rope climbing systems. However, I think the Poacher's Knot is an even better knot to use for that purpose.
That’s odd I have been climbing 22 years 3-5 days a week and can’t think of anyone that uses that knot to attachment of the harness. But I do like that hitch when attaching in other situations. If using for live loads leave 4 foot tail and a few back up knots but I suggest not using it.

@@nickolascalicoat1452Most climbers that I know have graduated to spliced or sewn eyes for attaching the rope to the saddle and only use knots when they have to, mainly when teaching knots to new climbers. Splices are stronger, safer, and more streamlined, so unlike knots they don't interfere with mechanical hardware like the zigzag or rope wrench. I think a long tail with a bunch of stopper knots would be way overkill. If one is not enough, two probably is not going to make any difference and is just going to get in your way!
Always remember the fall isn't so bad it's the sudden stop
Is it PPE SAFE? I think not.
