Very cool. I love the gradual demigod-like ascension of the Ghostwriter, he feels like a fitting rival to Nowak and a dark reflection of what he could have been in purgatory without Bosch to guide him. This definitely tops a lot of basegame content just by itself.
How tragic, Nowak being forced to put down a man he was just trying to help. The Ghostwriter/Casimir, as insane as he became, deserved a better fate.... Two changes I would make to the Carcosa fight would be to show the main body itself in the splash intro and that the death animation had the main body explode as well instead of it just disappearing. It almost seemed like it ended too early.
The splash art is actually extremely old art I made back when modding wasn't nearly as robust as a fun concept thing. The other bosses also had old splash art but they got fresh new ones for the mod, and we did try to give the carcosa a new one too but it proved way too much effort, and also an another guest artist we had to draw it had their file corrupt. In the end we just decided to use the very visibly old crappy one.

Doesn't get any better than The Organ. I'm in the probably minority camp that finds it even cooler than Carcosa conceptually, the juxtaposition in the level of threat & a foreboding mood from the first encounter to the second is on golden age Final Fantasy levels

Fitting now Kleiver got the killing blow on the most abominable Music Man

Thanks random citizen
I think Ghostwriter gets killed BECAUSE he becomes demi-god. He made Ungod upset because she realized her own, surprisingly fragile, mortality .
poetic of kleiver to deal the final blow
given kleiver is a music man too, but he welded his head shut to avoid going insane, so based
a perfect man for the job

@spidey5558 MAYBE it will, if enough bugs/problems in general pop up
Not sure yet though

Though damn I wish the OST was posted somewhere. The Organ has some funky beats

The level of polish put into this mod is absolutely astounding. Incredibly impressive work from you two.
