If you remove the clothes, you'll gain the default underwear, which can be changed to bikinis. I've done so.

I tried to use this mod with Holly Vinedal as my beggar. The problem I had was that I don't have any grungy street clothes for her. So she STILL looked too cute to be a beggar! 😆 What pack did you get those street clothes from?
